This place a total Napa Gem. It's smallest and tallest building at the Redwood Plaza center and the staff is super friendly. My eyes brows are beautiful, first time ever that it didn't hurt getting them done. I'm so glad I found this place where I get my eyebrows done from now on. I want to gatekeep this information but also want to support the owner! It's a mother/daughter duo that runs the shop. The daughter works on Saturdays ONLY, I go on Saturdays and get there before they open and there is always at least 4 people also waiting for the doors to open- she's that good!! I have just went with my mother and we got this older lady and she cut my moms upper lid she kept going and she left bald spots saying my mom didn't have hairs. We haven't gotten our eyebrows done for a while and she proceeded to say she didn't have hairs. I confronted her about the bald spots and she proceeded to say "ok" which I was so upset. The older lady she will cut you go with her if you want to get cut. I wish there were negative stars on here to give. The younger lady does them well I got them done with her prior but the older one is horrible at cutting. read more

Misshaped my eyebrows twice. I wish to give another shot but it's been more than once.

My review is similar to one previous on here. I just moved here a couple months ago and was so happy to find someone who consistently does an amazing job with my eyebrows from fixing it initially and maintaining it. It's my birthday next week so I decided to go today and it was an older lady instead of the younger one I usually see. I still decided to go and now immediately regret it because my left eyebrow looks like the end just got threaded off. My eyebrows are no longer similar shape at all and it looks like too much hair was cut off. I don't even know how to fix this with makeup.. I feel I have to start growing it out again to get it redone read more

I decided to try the older woman who was there and I'm in absolute tears she RUINED my eyebrows. Popped into this place while on a Napa trip. They don't take appointments, so you gave to wait until they get to you. It's in a tiny location with 2 service chairs. Overall, the vibe was relaxed. The ladies were working quickly, and I didn't have to wait too long. Noticed this place while driving. It's just across from Grocery Outlet. Friends can wait for you in the pleasant courtyard-ish area. Kajal was great. She threaded my brows and upper lip with precision and efficiency. Used sanitized gloves so I felt good about that. Clean (as in both sanitary and and thorough) threading. Kajal didn't even need to use tweezers and the brow area was cleared of pesky baby brow hairs and roots. No appointments. Walk-ins only. It's conveniently located with ample parking. Just pop in! Love this place. I tried this place out because I live five minutes from there, and it would be so convenient for me to go to Grace threading rather then across town for the other threading place. I am so glad I tried it out because I really like this place! The lady is so friendly. And quick too. This is my second time getting henna on my eye brows and I love it ! I asked about henna and the lady showed me pictures on line rather then her own work, so I decided not to do henna. I returned 3 weeks later for threading and I asked her questions about henna again and decided to give it try, I am so glad I did !! They came out so good. I thought they would be dark and harsh but not at all. I also thought they may be darker at first and they weren't either.
