When I went back for the permanent crown I told the dentist it still hurt, and she told me I just wasn't used to the sensation. I have 4 crowns, none of which hurt this bad. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a Dentist office. I asked to have Dr. Toms review this experience, and even wrote him a letter. He never responded or acknowledged my concerns. I even received a letter from the practice telling me what a great experience I had and would I recommend them to friends and family. Not only was this a bad experience, after I paid my bill in full and got a receipt they just sent me another bill for $91.00 with no explanation what it was for. Long answer: In any legitimate trade there are 3 levels of performance - professionals, experts, and masters. Dr. Murray is definitely a master at her craft and the best dentist I've encountered in 30 years and 7 states. Let's put it this way, when it comes to cosmetic dentistry, I would fly across the country to have her do the work because... 1. It's your face. 2. It needs to be the best the first time, so I'd rather be inconvenienced one time then going back to mend a professional's work. The tooth is the front left incisor so it's front and center every time you talk. I chipped it when I was 20 and the work was very good, however by the time I was 45 I chipped it again and I went through two other dentists who are professionals but they just couldn't get Humpty Dumpty back together. It kept chipping and the frustration kept growing until Dr. Murray stepped in. The fit-and-finish is perfect, you can't tell AT ALL, and the best part is she made it twice as thick and virtually bulletproof. I'm extremely confident to bite down and I can't say enough. In your mind you have the job you want done but you know it probably won't happen because you shoot extra high....and she hit that summit and surpassed it! Had a scheduled cleaning appointment down and was advised that I needed a Panoramic Xray at the cost of approx. $500.00. or would not be seen! Explained that we are retired and on a fixed income and this was out of the financial reach for us. Stated that the regular x-ray was affordable for our budget. Guidelines from the American Dental Association state that x-rays are accumulate over time and dentist should must weigh the risk for x-ray exposure. We have a history of good oral health with this Group and disappointed that they refused to clean and take original X-rays. Wow, what a way to treat a long time family customer!

I had to get a molar tooth pulled and Dr Yassin was excellent. She's really good at what she does. I've still had some residual pain in that area deep in the gums, so when I came back to have work done on another tooth, Dr Cheema actually looked at my x-ray (from where the molar tooth was pulled) and she took the time to explain that based on where that tooth and infection were, it was likely that my nerve was what was still giving me the pain. This was what I suspected but her validation was what I needed. Dr Cheema is also excellent and she is very patient, always taking time to make sure I've had my questions answered and that I'm good. In general, it's actually fun to sit and chat with the dentists/assistants while they work on my teeth so I don't mind anytime I have to go back. Their office has been very helpful and patient with me. I appreciate all of them so much.
