We found this facility and were hopeful since it was closer to home and was also a pediatric dentistry. However, after our visit today, we will not be returning to this facility again. The service at the front desk was laughable at best (if not otherwise noted as terrible.) After going back and forth for over an hour because they "could not find dental coverage for my son" due to a blatant error on their part that I corrected over and over, my children and I left. That type of oversight in this field is questionable. If you have any questions about this facility, please go to google reviews. I wish I had beforehand myself.

From the ladies at the front desk to the dental hygienists, everyone is super friendly. They are so patient & kind. They take time to answer questions & we have never felt rushed. My daughter (14 yr old) isn't the best at brushing but each visit, they show her how to brush properly & help her see what she is missing. And Dr. Tom is amazing. He is very laid back & always smiling. He is very thorough. My daughter recently had teeth pulled for braces & the entire procedure from start to finish was great. She never felt scared. Dr. Tom talked her through everything & even called us that night to check on her. I highly recommend this place!! Oh & the decor is great. The office is painted in sea creatures & they have video games for the kids so everyone is entertained while you wait!

When I went back for the permanent crown I told the dentist it still hurt, and she told me I just wasn't used to the sensation. I have 4 crowns, none of which hurt this bad. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a Dentist office. I asked to have Dr. Toms review this experience, and even wrote him a letter. He never responded or acknowledged my concerns. I even received a letter from the practice telling me what a great experience I had and would I recommend them to friends and family. Not only was this a bad experience, after I paid my bill in full and got a receipt they just sent me another bill for $91.00 with no explanation what it was for. I had previously put up a good review for this practice because the hygienists and office staff were really exceptional. But this whole experience has been terrible.

If you or anyone you know goes to this dentist or is considering it, please warn them to stay away…read more I went in on Tuesday November the 8th because the night before, a filling I had done by them 2 and a half months ago popped out of my mouth and left what I assumed was an exposed nerve, because it hurt to talk, eat or drink. When I got there, the woman who brought me in tried to act as if it was my fault that the filling had come out, despite the fact that it hadn't even been in my mouth for three months. They told me it would be 287 dollars for a new filling, then came back minutes later saying it would actually cost 330 dollars. During the filling, the dentist was drilling so hard into the nerve I was screaming for him to stop and he still did not. Tonight, Thursday November 10th, two days after I got the new filling, it came out again. I was not eating or drinking anything, it just fell off of my tooth. There is no reason a that place this incompetent and terrible at their job should still be open.
