This is my go to nail salon in the Arlington area! A gel manicure is only $25 which includes paraffin wax and a mini massage! (But make sure to bring cash for tip) Good selection of gel colors. I would be very happy if I didn't know there were better manicures outside of this area. I come regularly for liquid gel and gel polish and want to note two things. One, there aren't many good neutrals in gel polish. They don't have Essie gel. In OPI they have Put It In Neutral and Bubble Bath. Second, the liquid gel takes much longer here than I've experienced elsewhere. It can take up to an hour and a half, versus a 45 minute job I've had while traveling in CT. Having said that, this is my go to place in the Arlington area. They are friendly and responsive, and never gripe about having to redo something or change a color. The paraffin wax is complementary and a pleasure, especially in the winter. The pedicures are also consistently good. Both of the men give deep massage. read more

Getting a pedicure here was the best thing I have ever done for myself, on the weekend after my first week back at school. They take longer to do acrylics than needed and they aren't the nicest people but the acrylics do last a while without breaking.

Had had regular polish Manis and Pedi's here, they always do a great job! There's usually some sort of deal going on, and you really get a lot for what you're paying: extended massages (hot stone for pedi and neck/shoulder for mani); parrafin wax for both mani/pedi, and great quality polishing). They can get pretty busy on weekends or late afternoons, so you might need to call ahead. Lots of colors to choose from, not a ton of Gel colors, but then again I usually only like Essie or OPI for gel. read more

I have been here 3 different times now, today being a Sunday. It was relatively quiet. They were as always waiting for me at the pedicure chair. I have had Michelle a couple of times for my pedicure. She is AMAZING. They take their time. No rushing and no shortcuts. The reflexology at the end totally relaxed me. Grace started my refill ,her husband did the middle part and she completed it. The massage alone is worth the price. They took their time and make sure that everything was right. They go the extra step with the paraffin also for heels and hands. The place is clean. I realized late on a Sunday I needed a gel manicure for a business trip on Monday. I found Grace Spa on line and have visited three Sundays since and the service is consistently great! I was able to walk in and get seated immediately. The color selection is great. The Salon is bright and clean. Grace gave me a great French manicure, I like the tips thin. I came here to get a full set of gel nails. The tech that I had ground my natural nails down so much that it hurt. I should have walked away right there. I showed a picture of the nail shape that I wanted (oval) and still ended up walking away with squoval despite saying "more round, please" after asking how I liked the shape. I didn't know anything about how artificial nails are applied (like what goes into gel vs acrylic), but upon further research when I got home it turns out that I was given a set of acrylic nails and charged for a full gel set. He even had me put my hands in the UV light to "cure" even though now that I know more, these are clearly acrylics. To make matters worse, the polish was applied unevenly an is already starting to chip off despite me not really doing anything with my hands all day. I know that I should go back and either try to get some of my money back or have them redo my nails, but I can't stand the thought of having to go back there. :( read more

I was very happy with the service at this salon until today. I walked in there at 12:44 PM and I told them that I wanted to get gel manicure and I wanted a pedicure but I needed to be done by 2 PM if that was possible and maybe the guy didn't understand me because he did not speak English? I don't know but they told me I would be done by 2 PM. so first they had me sit in the pedicure chair. My daughter was also with me and she was getting her acrylic removed and she was getting a gel manicure. The results of the story is they only had enough time for the pedicure if they told me that there wasn't going to be enough time for both then I would've just had my nails done and waited on the pedicure. When the lady was done with my pedicure she told me to go sit in the chair and I thought that she would take me right away for my gel manicure but she actually took another customer that came in! I was there first this customer came in after me. They also had my daughter soaking her nails for 45 minutes in nail polish remover. when I was done with my pedicure my daughter was still soaking and she was soaking in the nail polish remover by the time I had to leave by 2 PM. End result I only got a pedicure when I wanted a Gel manicure as well I also got attitude front the girl that worked on me. I did not leave a tip I had to leave before my daughter and they gave her a hard time because I did not leave a tip for the lady why would I leave a tip??? I didn't get what I came in for. Not to mention that my pedicure does not look good there still dry skin on my feet. and my daughter has very very dry skin from soaking sooooo long!!!!! Don't go here! read more

This place is exceptionally reasonably priced, very sanitary (plastic lining the pedicure tubs and everything!) and everyone there was lovely. They do an excellent job and there are so many fun little bonuses that are all included with a basic mani/pedi; leg scrub, intense massage, hot stones during the pedicure; shoulder massage and paraffin dip with the manicure. Most importantly, this was hands down THE BEST foot (and leg) massage during a pedicure (or ever for that matter) that I have EVER had. Plus to top it all off, they carry the week-long nail polish for only $3 more (this polish is awesome, it makes a regular mani last at least 9-12 days whereas regular polish only lasts 2-3 on me). I started going in January. I go with a friend every other week for a pedi so I'm a pretty reliable customer. The first time I went with my daughter Grace gave us a card and said after 10 visits I can get a free one. Around visit 8 I was getting a pedi and the girl that was waiting on me halfway through up and started helping somebody else. Leaving me sitting there waiting with no explanation. After five minutes I asked what was going on. For some reason someone else had to finish and they made me sit waiting for at least 15 mins. But that wasn't the worst thing. On the 11th visit when I was supposed to get a free pedi my friend noticed that they scratched out free on hers and wrote in $10. Off! We questioned why and Grace said the place that made the cards made a mistake. We told them that they should've returned the cards and had them printed properly that we were never informed in the past 10 visits that this was a change. They got very angry with us and started talking in Vietnamese about us. Grace was very angry and very reluctantly honored the free pedicure promotion. I told Grace when we left that she lost our business. Nail places are a dime a dozen and they shouldn't treat customers like this! read more

Grace Nail was recommended by a friend, and I needed a manicure for a job interview the next day. So I went in right after work and was seated right away. Tony did my nails--I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but he didn't draw any blood! He was a little rough but not too bad. The paraffin bath was nice, as was the little shoulder massage. My nails were pretty short and not in great shape, so though I asked for "rounded" he pretty much squared them all off. Not terrible, just not what I asked for. But the real disappointment is that, since I wanted just simple, clear polish, he did two quick coats--I think it was that base coat stuff and then a top coat. I waited under the fan for quite awhile to make sure it was dry. Went home and did my usual evening dishes, etc. Nails looked nice for the interview. But by the 24-hour mark, the polish was peeling off! Hardly a day!!! I've never had that happen. I think maybe if I'd chosen a color, perhaps there would have been the third, better coat, but still. Meh. Plus, my cuticles, though he worked on them diligently, don't look any better than if I had done them myself. Sorry, Grace, but nothing special here. read more
