Hours of operation online reflected they were open. I drove 30 mins 3 hours before listed hours online just to young girl tell me they're closed. It was Easter Sunday but again double checked hours online to make sure they were open. Wasn't aware till I walked in. There were still a few mins left of this so called early closing hour. I told her there's still a few mins left and she said had to go. She told me "I should have called" lol when as a customer who checks website hours before they go anywhere I can advise you as a business to update that on your website. It's an eyebrow place not a restaurant. Not coming back. Last time they chopped a big part of my brows & now this! As a business owner I would upset to find out my employees are closing earlier than the early hour already set, turning away business & losing customers over lack of customer service. read more

She was really nice but did horrible job. I had been there before and I think someone's else did them they were good so I was excited to go back since I was in town. I asked for a clean up; and as you can see, nothing was clean about it. There's no clear shape and my other eyebrow has a gap.. she was kind and asked if I wanted to try and do something else but I figured there wasn't much to be done with gaps. read more

I have very brushy eyebrows and ever since childhood have failed miserably at being able to do anything about cleaning them up myself. So, for about two plus decades now I have been solely getting them done professionally. About two and a half years ago I moved to Hillcrest within walking distance from Grace Threading, and I come here once every two months. Every time I come here they tell me that my eyebrows are patchy and imply I pluck them at home/go somewhere else. Which is not true. I've been going here for TWO years. I get the older lady, and she mentions throughout the entire service on repeat that she can't create an arch because one eyebrow is missing too much hair. I get a younger woman and she tells me the same thing. Both with heavy implication I am doing this at home/going somewhere else, when the last time I had them done was at their business. The judgement is frustrating. I like going here. It's close and convenient for me. But they are literally complaining about either their own work or my genetics, which, I'm not sure. But it's starting to get annoying. read more

When I first entered the two employees were sitting on their phones and without saying hello, asked if I had an appointment. I replied no and entered my info on the kiosk. Sonya was my provider. She ensured I knew my eyebrows were thin . It's only a problem I've been dealing with my entire life. I'm tracking. It's also not fun to continue to hear it. Especially when it's not anything I'm doing or not doing to cause the issue. Anyhoo, once she was done, she pointed out hairs that she was not able to pull. Never been told that before but, eh, I don't question anyone's skill so I'll just pull the extra hairs with tweezers at home. When it was time to leave, I handed Sonya a tip folded. I'm not sure if she didn't like the amount or just wasn't aware but she sort of took the money out of my hand and threw it under the counter. She also didn't say thank you. Not very polite but eh, I guess too close to quitting time. I arrived at 5:10 and while Sonya was doing my brows, she ensured I also knew that they were closing at 6. I figured there would be more than enough time to get my brows done, being I've never had a threading appointment last longer than 10 minutes, and had already checked the time they were closed. This was only my second time and for what it's worth, I would definitely give it another try. read more

When you walk in everyone is on their phone ignoring you until you ask them what to do. They say sign in with no hospitality. I got the top corner of my brow threaded off (after I asked to stay a little off of my brows as I'm trying to grow them out). My brows were shaped THIN and the top corner was missing. I brought it up to the woman who shaped my brows and she said "no I only cleaned your brows" I said "there's an entire section missing" and she tried to gaslight me. The machine was down so I had to go downstairs and pay ATM fees then pay cash and was still asked if I wanted to tip, NOPE! Never coming back. read more
