Uhhhh... I walked in once, and I'm not sure if they're lenient about coming in without an appointment but it was my first time hoping to switch locations due to the distance from my place. The receptionist was rude from the start, questioned what I was even talking about and I was asking her what else she does besides threading, I wanted to know if they do tinting. The other lady explained that they do but the receptionist was so rude and off putting. Going back to my original location, gross. read more

Don't go here, they simply skip you in line and tell you to deal with it. So many better places where they see you quickly and do a better job! No need to fight for parking in this crowded strip mall. The place is stuffy and dark. The complete disregard for clients waiting in line is appalling and unethical. Converted to threading a couple years ago after a bad experience with waxing and I never looked back! My eyebrows always look flawless after I come here and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to get threaded after walking in. Highly recommend. Rude, rude and more rude every time we go in there. They're like military people. They never smile and they are ROUGH. They expect you to know how to help?! They slam my hands around as if I'm their assistance. They then slam the mirror in front of your face and your dismissed. The staff uses cheap thread, it breaks and am sore. My wife and I go there. They speak terrible English, play depressing music and are just nasty. Especially the over weight one. In and out, chop chop. It's like the DMV in there. They also don't allow you to explain the eyebrow design. THEY MAKE THE RULES. Never going back. Mean staff of women. read more

I used to love this place. It was the only place I'd go when I was in San Diego but that changed today. I always try to call and make an appointment with them and they always turn me down telling me they're fully staffed and there was no need for an appointment even though I still wanted to guarantee my spot. Today was the first time I didn't do that cus I was sick of wasting my time. I show up there's two girls ahead of me, I check in and patiently wait my turn. There was one threader there and she waits until she's done with both of the girls (I wasted 30+ minutes!!) to turn me down "because if other clients come in they'd be waiting a long time". Didn't I just wait a long time?? That was rude and y'all lost a loyal customer now I need to find somewhere else to go. In terms of threading service y'all are amazing but y'all need to get it together on the business side BECAUSE THAT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! read more

Came in for a very straightforward eyebrow threading - a little off the top and bottom... nothing from the middle... and keep the length. I wanted to keep my natural look. I left with thin eyebrows, half the original size and look ridiculous. I do not recommend. read more

A little more pricey compared to what I'm used to in NYC (paid 24 for lips, chin, eyebrows) but less painful and so meticulous. Also they didn't ask for tip nor was there a line for it on the receipt so I assumed that included tip. I did a full on research before going to get my eyebrows done, just because I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my eyebrows, it's very hard finding someone who will give you the shape that you want without distorting them, or making them thinner. Evelyn definitely knew what she was doing, and you could tell the experience she has while talking with her, not just that.. The threading didn't hurt that much. I'm disappointed With my service at grace threading. I heard such good things from friends and what I read online. I have a scar on my left eyebrow so I know that my eyebrows are never going to be even. The woman who did my eyebrows seemed like she didn't even try to shape them up. She only threaded the bottom without even touching the top. I was in the chair for only 2 minutes. Before she started I let her know that I have a scar and she could have let someone else do it since she obviously didn't know how to work around it. And I don't know if their materials are dirty or cheap but my skin around my eyebrows broke out really bad. If you don't know how to do eyebrows, you shouldn't be doing eyebrows. I went to another location and the woman who fixed my eyebrows thought I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done in weeks, when I went to graces just yesterday. I am extremely disappointed and won't be returning. read more

Grace Threading is the myth come true. At only $10.00 for eyebrows, no one needs a Groupon for have fabulous looking brows. The best part about this experience, its was painless. Rana, the manager did my brows, asked me my preference for arch and lulled me to beauty. The session ends with a light massage. I almost didn't leave. Thanks so much, Rana! I can't even count how many different places I've tried hoping to find someone who can thread eyebrows without making you look like you're advertising McDonalds' arch on your face. I was really hesitant to find a new place bc the other salon I went to repeatedly lured me in with their excuse that you have to go to the same person for months. Which is understandable...but never possible bc they always gave me a new person to work with. After over a year of believing they can 'fix' what was so damaged, I decided that it was enough. I was ready to go for the hunt again. Accidentally coming across Grace Threading groupon, I purchased it as a back up. My eyebrows couldn't get worse after my last experience so I thought there was no harm in trying. At this point, I waited two months to grow out my eyebrows. When I walked in (without an appointment) the place was quiet, relaxing, clean and tucked away. There was no one waiting in line. This almost made me turn around and go home. Surely, a place that's good will have a line...right? I was desperate and decided to wait and see what happens. I made a deal that if the lady threading my brows gives me her full attention, then I'll continue. If she decided to play around with my eyebrows as I talk, then I'm getting up and leaving. To my surprise, the girl (wish I knew her name) was patient and listened to every word I said before she even looked at my eyebrows. She repeated back to me what I requested just to make sure she heard correctly. After about 2 minutes, she hands me a mirror and asks me to take a look and see if she's on the right track...yes! Thank you for listening and cleaning up only what I requested. The true test is finishing the other brow with perfect symmetry. After about 5 minutes total, she was done and my eyebrows were EVEN!!!! She explained exactly where I needed to grow a little more hair and be patient. I asked her if there were any products that can help with eyebrow hair growth and she gave me an honest answer that time is the best thing. And to run a little olive oil to keep them moist. I went in a second time before writing a review, just to make sure that their level of art is consistent. Sure enough, my eyebrows are one step closer to recovering an entire year of damage. This groupon was a huge bonus. Parking is a breeze and the actual salon is clean and quiet. But most importantly, these ladies LISTEN to what you need. Wow! I tried this place out because it's convenient and the place I'd gone previously increased their prices. The staff here is SO friendly, both their front desk staff and threading artists! The facility is very sleek, clean, and the chairs you sit in are luxurious! Of course my eyebrows turned out great, which is expected, but they went above and beyond with all the other details which makes me think the place is my new go-to! Also they have some kind of loyalty rewards program, so that's an added bonus. read more

I have been coming here for a few months. My recent visit I asked for the normal services and without even consulting me she added a service on. and charged me for it. I did not argue. I paid for the services but did not give a tip. I would have normally given a 5 start review for this place but after today and the girl doing that, I wasn't happy.
