Grace threading is the only place where I go for threading. after experimenting with multiple threading salons in the area, Grace by far is the best. They use and only use thread on your eyebrows compared to other places that claim to use threads but end up tweezing your eyebrows. Cipika (i think she is the owner ) is the best. This is my favorite place to get my eyebrows done! I only come here, because I know I'll be given a genuine experience. I've gone to other places that have ruined my eyebrows, and places that won't ask me my preference, but here I am always welcomed, the environment is relaxing and I am always given an amazing trim. I'm usually very picky with who does my eyebrows and I was pleasantly surprised by the work that Sara did for me. I've been going to Grace since December 2014 and loved it every time I went. The staff is very attentive and caring, their level of expertise is definitely above the standard. I hate to write a bad review but I am so disappointed and fear for future clients here. This is my third visit and usually my experience is great, but I went in for eyebrows and chin and I came back looking like I got in a fight. Notice the photos posted. I didn't notice upon leaving my CUTS because my eyes watered per usual, so my vision was blurry. I have gotten my brows threaded multiple times as well as my chin since I take supplements that quicken the growth of hair. Anyway, the older woman who I didn't catch the name of helped me today. It was a little more painful she was slightly agressive on my brows....more than usual and when I got back to work I noticed cuts and blood on my skin. I have never experienced this in all my threading and waxing days. See photos and they speak for themselves. My eye is actually stinging and slightly swollen and my chin is slightly swollen as well. You can still see redness and it has been four hours since I've got them done. Hopefully I didn't experience bruising or scarring. Of course I won't be going back and I recommend everyone stay away and I will now be going back to Beauty By Dolly in hillcrest who was my original threader. Be warned ! read more

I will say they know how to do their job but they are very unprofessional. They constantly talk in a different language between their customers and employees and laugh. I can't tell of they're laughing about me or something else or another customer.. I've done my threading here four times. They always ask for cash tip first before. Very unprofessional. This place is exceptionally clean very friendly staff and they played soothing music in the background. Price is cheaper then my last location soi that is a plus.
