In my past experiences, I've always been told 24 hours is standard, and that light exposure to cold water shouldn't completely ruin the process. The technician was very adamant that any mistake would be on me. Policies like this should be clearly communicated at the time of booking, not sprung on clients once they've already arrived for their appointment. The overall vibe felt uncomfortable and passive-aggressive before the appointment even started, and the employee made it clear she didn't want to be there or do the service. I ultimately left because it felt like they didn't want to work with me at all. What made it even more frustrating is that I arranged childcare and structured my day around this appointment, only to feel like basic communication and customer service were lacking. If you're going to have strict rules and no flexibility, that's fine but be upfront about it and don't make clients feel like an inconvenience for expecting professionalism.

After the consultation, I was told that I needed the most expensive facial offered, along with multiple skincare products. Although I wasn't comfortable committing to the cost of the treatments, I felt pressured into purchasing products before leaving. I was also charged for a product that I did not receive at the time and was later told I would need to come back and pick up. After reviewing my purchases and realizing I was uncomfortable with the situation, I contacted Kim within a couple of weeks to request a refund. Since then, my texts and calls have gone unanswered. Prior to this, I had received frequent calls and messages encouraging me to book treatments and purchase products, so the lack of communication once I requested a refund has been disappointing. Based on my experience, I felt pressured into making purchases that I wasn't prepared to make, and I did not feel that pricing and policies were communicated transparently. I would encourage others to ask detailed questions, request itemized receipts, and carefully review any purchases before committing.

I clearly explained that I wanted them as short as possible, with slightly longer lashes only at the corners for a soft cat-eye effect. Instead, everything was the same length and extremely long. The lashes were glued together, there was glue on top of my eyelid, and overall the service was very poor. You could also tell the quality of the materials was extremely cheap. I paid and went to my car to look at my lashes more closely, and I immediately decided to go back inside because I was very unhappy. By that point, I was already crying. I waited for the same technician and explained that the lashes were much longer than I asked for. Without asking what specifically I didn't like, she grabbed scissors and started cutting them in a half-circle shape. It looked ridiculous. I asked her to remove the extensions completely. While removing them, she complained to me, saying I had lied to her and that I made her lose money, and that she would have to charge me for the removal. That is an awful thing to say to a client who is already crying about the service she received. She didn't even remove all the glue from my natural lashes, and I went home with my real lashes still glued together. The woman I got did not really scrub my feet much for callus removal and didn't really massage my legs for the 10 minutes it said. It was like someone rubbing my legs lightly while they waited for the time to be over. I also have a tiny cut on my toe from her scrubbing my toe. My nail polish application was not smooth which I noticed when they were drying, not to mention she kept trying to upsell me with a flower design, trying to convince me to do gel and have me get a manicure. My mom started about 10 minutes after me but her experience was probably 20-25 minutes longer than mine and which showed her girl was SUPER detailed, no upsells, just servicing what you asked for. You could really see she was taking her time with her. We both had very different experiences. Overall don't think we'll be back.
