I cannot say enough amazing things about Jessica. First, she's super professional and provides great customer service, making sure her clients are comfortable and have all their questions answered. Second, she's an artist. If you're looking for a quick fix, one time only, budget job on your lashes, you should look somewhere else. Jessica takes her time (although, she does run her own business and she needs to keep to a schedule to respect all of her clients' time), and is a perfectionist. His glue does not burn nor do they irritate my eyes. I can't wait to come back for my fill, because he will be making them more fuller and longer from there. Hi Jessica, the intent of my review was not to upset or offend you. As I wrote, you were a lovely person. You took your time, and you explained ways to maintain healthy lashes, whether artificial or natural. I really do appreciate this. The purpose of my review was to share my experience. I understand the risks. I understand that some adhesives don't agree with some people, like myself. I've had my lashes done multiple times before at different places and had never had that experience, so I hope you can understand how distressing it was to be uncomfortable with swollen eyes, especially during a trip over Christmas. It's possible that too much glue was used. It's possible that too much was used too close to my lash line. I recall a lot of painful pinching and pulling during the session from what seemed to be the result of you separating lashes or undoing glued lashes. This is the experience that I wanted to be honest about and give you feedback on. I read your reviews and it sounds like many have had great experiences with you. I don't doubt that.
