I picked my color and was directed to a pedicure chair. I didn't catch the nail techs name, but she asked me if I was having a good day. I said "I was, thank you, how about you." I had to search around for the massage chair remote during the pedicure because she didn't hand it to me or set it up, as I'm accustomed to. Never offered me a drink. When you walk in, the decor is rather plain and lackluster, but the service really makes up for all the frills and decor. I decided to get a refill on my nails along with the repair on one of my nails. The nail Technician did a beautiful job. At the end she put cuticle oil on, rubbed it on and then proceeded to put lotion on my hands, then massaged my hands and fingers, she then got up to get hot towels and placed them on my hands while massaging my hands.
