They are quick to respond to you when you need them. Very professional and genuine. Always willing to help and advise. My commercial building got graffiti and where another company I called took 4-5 days to get me a quote, Armando came through and came out one day after I called. Super recommend this company. read more

Look no further! The name says it all. James came back with a fast, fair quote to remove a tag on the roll doors of our business. He was out within a couple of days at the time I requested. I would recommend this business for sure. So much that this was the second time I used their services in the last month. :) read more

James was great to work with. He responded quickly, showed up when he said he would, and was thorough. On his initial visit, he gave me options on how best to clean up the graffiti on my fence. In the end, it made the most sense to paint the entire fence so future graffiti can simply be painted over. James was thorough and quick in preparing the fence and then painting it, and, as I mentioned before, he kept me informed and was true to his scheduling promises. Awesome service and very professional. Highly recommend. read more

Quick response, knowledgeable. Beautiful work removing spray paint scrawl off of our garage door

I can't thank the Graffiti Removal Guys enough. James was very communicative and answered all my questions. Marco who removed the ugly graffiti tag on my fence is the best. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty. And most importantly, you can't even tell that my fence was even vandalized. You should definitely hire these guys for your graffiti removal needs. You won't regret it. read more

Absolutely the top group in the bay when it comes to prioritizing customer service & speed! These guys are awesome-- were lightning quick in responding, literally were onsite faster than I could be there, and accommodated a pretty crazy time crunch that we had. I'm a business owner as well, and you can't ask for better-- they care as much as you care and do a da*n good job read more

Someone decided to spray paint out massive glass windows by climbing the awning, and the door, and the cream stucco. These guys got right back to us and came out the next day. They did a wonderful job and the price was great. Highly recommend. Hopefully we don't need them again, but they are on my favorites list! read more

James is the man! These guys did amazing work on my windows. The whole staff was pleasant to work with. Work and protective film application was done clean and professionally. I really appreciated James' professionalism and skill. He didn't come in with the lowest quote, but as it turned out, the service that we tested out for a portion of the job underestimated the cost and had to come back with a much higher quote for the rest of it, which left me in a budget impasse. James helped me set and stick to the original budget, and he was understanding as I kept circling back with changing scopes and cost questions. All on his own, and in less time than I expected, he got our 4 panes cleaned up. It was very old acid etch graffiti, and our glass was untempered, but he knew how to gauge how close to the edges he could go without causing any rupture. I hope you don't need his help, but if you do, you're in good hands with these guys. read more

My home was the unfortunate target of vandals twice in a weekend :(. My cream colored rollup garage door was graffiti/tagged with black paint, an eye sore in my usually peaceful neighborhood. After Yelp research, I selected Graffiti Removal Guys based on the pictures. A picture is worth a thousand words especially in this case. James was super fast in his response, provided a quote based on photos I texted to him, worked with my schedule and arrived on time. James is hardworking, earnest and takes his job seriously. There are many challenges to removing graffiti from a painted wooden rollup garage door. The surface isn't smooth, it has moving parts with grooves and it was painted. James has to remove the graffiti from the grooves all without stripping the original paint - a rough job. He did fabulous, whatever he couldn't remove with solvents and scrubbing, he did spot painting to cover any remaining graffiti - overall, job well done! Of course, I hope this does not happen again. However, if it does, I'll be calling James again. read more

James and his team are awesome! James is very responsive, and understanding. Very communicative throughout the whole process, easy-going team, yet determined to ensure our tagged wall was taken care of. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of graffiti removal! read more

What kind of idiot tags a sweet 1977 vintage RV? I dunno for sure. And maybe if yr gonna tag a piece of history, make it a good piece of art next time. This team is top shelf. James communicated quickly over text. He & Armondo scheduled, arrived, assessed, and were super careful with my dear old Tioga's exterior. If every company worked this efficiently, the world would be a better place. Hopefully, we'll never need to work together in this capacity again. Thanks fellas. read more

I called the Graffiti Guys when the rough stone alleyway next to our business was heavily marked up with sharpies and spray paint. The City could not remove it with regular steam cleaning-we tried over the counter removal products and failed. It was overwhelming. The Graffiti guys came out and completely eliminated the graffiti. They even came by and took care of a couple tags gratis when I called them for additional work. Here are a couple photos of their work. James is really excellent to work with- I highly recomend him and his team. read more

Graffiti Removal guys (GRG) are the best! I had a dozen acid etching graffiti all over my store front windows. Of coarse the city of SF did not take that kindly and told me to get it removed or pay a big fine! Well there was no way I could afford to replace all my windows so desperately I contacted GRG. Armando & James are awesome. They were honest about what to expect with the job, the cost, and time it will take. I'm so glad I called GRG. Wow! What professionalism and expert craftsmanship! After couple days of careful buffing by James, my windows look brand new. Don't believe me, then check it out for yourself at Whizburger! All I can say is great job GRG! Our school was recently vandalized twice in a row. We called the Graffiti Removal Guys and within no time, James was on the scene. He did a thorough walk through and was quick to know which materials he would need. He was clean and careful as he worked, while making sure to not disrupt nearby classrooms. He quickly cleaned all the vandalized tables, posts and garbage cans, leaving them even better than new. A true professional, he was thorough, efficient with his time and very cost effective.
