He completed his inspection of Wed, 01/17/24 and, due to his unavailabilty on the weekend, promissed to send the report in the beginning of next week!!! After a week, we followed with a call on Wed, 01/24/24, he had not started the report, but promissed to complete it as a priority. Communications are abscent. It's 01/31/24 no report has been done. We are looking to initiate a legal request to recover our losses. CAUTION: DON'T HIRE THIS GUY, YOU'LL BE CHASING HIM FOR YOUR MONEY LIKE ME.

Each and every time I've left disappointed or annoyed by the attitude of the staff. The first visit the man who 'helped' me tried to upsell me for wedding bands. I kept saying I wanted simple to accent the engagement ring my husband purchased there. Thank goodness I was with a friend who finally said, loud & firm, "You are not listening! Simple! Simple!" It just seemed greedy. I bought the bands I wanted thanks only to the friend I had with me. Went to get my ring cleaned. The person who 'helped' said in the most condescending tone, with a scowl, "well did you buy it here?" When I said, "Yes, my husband purchased it here" the response was an annoyed look as she took the ring with a sigh. Pushy and rude.

I emailed Rotti's Wednesday night and they responded soon after! Not only that, one of the owners, Megan, said she could have it picked up the next morning. I wasn't expecting service this fast. Even then, the storm was hitting Sunday and still had little hope of have it back by then. No matter, could use the exercise and mentally prepared the kids for the Monday morning task. No word from them Friday. Sent an email late just asking for an update because they were open Saturday but closed Sunday. No reply. I prepared the kids for the worst and laid out the plan for the storm with intermittent shoveling throughout before bedtime. But! Sunday morning as I'm making pancakes for the family I get an email from Megan saying (paraphrasing) "Hey! Snowblower is done. Want us to drop it off?" Hell yeah!!! Mere hours before the storm. I know they were busy with the impending storm, they didn't have to stay open on Sunday for me, and I bet a few others, to help us manage the biggest snowfall in like a decade, but they did.
