Had the best dental experience here! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Assistant Christina…read morewas especially helpful and understanding when I wasn't told that first time patient appointments don't include cleanings. She went out of her way to get me a cleaning that same day which was so kind since we live almost 2 hours away. She also went above and beyond to ensure my 3 year old daughter with me was taken care of. Assistant Stephanie eased my worries about how long it had been since I went to the dentist. Dentist Dryer was attentive and thorough in explaining my dental treatment and was so nice too. Received one of the best cleanings and the most friendly service from everyone at Buzbee Dental. Currently recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you!!

OK let's see how long this review stays up before they have it removed. Beautiful facility but…read moreunorganized. First apt waited over 1 1/2 hours. Saw a retired dentist, very personable and friendly, but a waste of time and long drive from Branson. Second apt waited almost an hour and was told they were running late - followed by would you like to reschedule or wait. Decided to wait. Then told but we close the doors at 5 pm and it's already 4:45 pm so you'll have to reschedule. I reschedule when they had a cancellation and saw "T' He obviously was not in a good mood as my dental work was not a big dollar item but a follow up with cracked tooth. I have a large granuloma on the upper lip that I clearly pointed out to the technician and 'T' that the lip is sensitive and is quite visible. I left with a swollen lip, skin torn, bleeding, bruised and painful and unable to drink or eat for over a week now and having to wear a mask. The dentists use their first names - are they not doctor's or do they feel by using their first names they are bringing themselves down to the patient's level. Just a lot of smoke and mirrors.

Dental…read more32's reputation precedes them as I was referred by another highly reviewed dentist that wasn't taking new clients at this time. I visited them for a filling replacement, cleaning, and checkup. The staff are very friendly and courteous, creating a relaxed atmosphere from the start. I got the impression that everyone loves their job and people, which really makes a difference in setting the tone for care that can cause anxiety for some. As for the actual services, the staff are efficient, considerate, and effective. They frequently checked on me to ensure I didn't need a break or suction during procedures and ensured that I was fully numbed. These sound like obvious actions, but as someone who has moved a lot and received dental care across the spectrum of quality I can attest that's not always the case. Their site also appeared to have new or current dental technology. I learned by discussing their machine that crowns can be 3D printed now. Finally, the staff offered excellent and pointed dental care advice based on my specific needs. I highly recommend Dental 32 and they will be my go-to for dental services going forward. Thank you Dr. Meyer, Diyonna, and Katelyn for the excellent experience!

This is the BEST dentist I have ever encountered in my 68 years on this planet. He didn't just take…read morethe word of my prior dentist that the tooth needed to be removed (or root-canaled) but started a complete examination of his own with tools I hadn't heard of, like shining a light THROUGH the tooth to look for cracks, and using electrical stimulation to determine whether the nerves were still working/alive. I could release grip on a tool bar to break the circuit as soon as I felt pain. He determined that the tooth was alive and healthy, with only a "remineralization" via fluoride needed to stop the sensitivity that was felt when using a Waterpik. The main pain was caused by something else: tight jar muscles, not the tooth, and addressed in a separate way. There was no causative relationship better the two. He prevented a good tooth from being pulled. Spectacular. Additionally, the usual comments I could add are that he was so thorough, so careful, kind, unhurried, understanding, and best of all, he saved that tooth. His assistant was also very competent and careful. The office is open five days a week, not three like my prior dentist, thus I was able to get in early the next day after I called. I had missed a trip to Virginia a couple of weeks prior because I couldn't get in on a Friday with my prior dentist to see if a tooth ache was serious enough to cancel the trip or not. The office was closed since it was apparently open only three days a week, with no "tag-team" coordination with another office for emergency, or or other means of getting a quick-answer due to special circumstances like leaving on a trip in a couple of days. The only thing I saw on that painful Friday was an option to email. I never heard back, but rather had to cancel the trip and call the next Monday morning. Having more than one dentist in an office or a tag-team arrangement with another dentist for emergencies are important options to consider that I had not considered prior to this experience. Thank you Dr. Bruechner, and Rachelle. - Dale M.
