We missed having our boat for our beach vacation in June. We called and asked if it would be ready by our lake vacation after July 4th and were told it would be ready. Again, we've heard nothing. We finally told them we wanted the boat back. We will find a more professional business to work with. No one at Merritt's tried to offer an explanation or an apology. It was truly awful service.
