After many calls and many lies from the sales staff, telling me everything was on the way, I had to hire an attorney to get involved to try to straighten this matter out. The staff would not take my calls on many occasions and I had repeatedly asked to speak to a manger but no one very returned my calls. The few times I spoke to someone mostly thru text they lied and said tags and tiles were on their way. They even sent me false UPS shipping tracking numbers. At one point I was driving on an expired temp tag until finally receiving a second temp tag 3 weeks later. After having the lawyer involved and almost 5 months later I finally received the tags and title. The employees there couldn't care less after the sale and the manger couldn't find the time to answer or even return a call to a customer. Buyer beware of this dealership.
