Nathan was not willing to go down on the price, even though there was an issue with the vehicle. He told me he would talk to the service department again and see if they could fix it. Early on Monday at about 7:30am called to leave a message thinking no one would be there, but they answered. He said bring it in, said he would try to fix it that morning. I expected to have to wait, extend my hotel stay or even worse rent a car to return to work in NEPA and come back for the car when it was finished. So, went out to the car to head on over to the shop and discovered a flat tire- seriously! Changed the flat, got to the shop, discussed the issue and they took it right in. I returned to the hotel via Uber. Three hours later they called and said it was all ready, I told them I'd Uber right over to pick it up. They said, don't Uber, we'll come get you! I was shocked. They picked me up, we settled the bill and I was on my way back home. The price was extremely fair, they didn't take advantage of an "out of towner" and they mounted and installed the new tire placing the spare and the tools right where they belonged when they could have just chucked the stuff in the trunk. They showed pride in their work, care for the customer, and went above and beyond all for a reasonable price. I couldn't have found a better place. Thanks guys!!!

A problem I've had with other shops is whenever something is suggested, it feels scammy (and…read moreusually is). The actual Honda dealership wanted to charge me $100 for a fuel system cleaning. I looked into it and all it was they were going to pour a $15 bottle of fuel system cleaner into the gas tank. So basically an extra $85 for something a toddler can do. Mugsy's isn't like this. Whatever they suggest and any work they've done, they're very thorough in explaining what needs done and what has been done. Staff is friendly. Overall a great shop if you need anything done
