I cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only is the food unbelievable (there isn't a bad thing on the menu, but the wings and graham's burger are insane) but the service is unmatched. The friendliest, kindest, and most welcoming staff as well as patrons. The vibes were incredible, and it just felt like a kickass place to sit back and have a drink. The bartenders are awesome. Do yourself a favor and check this place out, best wings in cocoa!

I made a reservation for 6 at 1:30 pm on Mother's Day. When we arrived, we waited 10 -15 minutes in the host line before we were greeted. This, coupled with the fact there were lots of empty tables that had not been bussed, let me know that the restaurant was not equipped to handle the volume of customers and was in the weeds. When we told the host we were a party of 6 with a reservation, he seemed surprised and distraught - immediately leaving to bus one of the tables. A quality restaurant would have expected us and had our table prepared prior to our arrival. Multiple people in our party mentioned the host's frantic demeanor. I don't blame him - it was clear the restaurant was overwhelmed, despite so many empty tables. Was the kitchen backed up? We were sat at the table and the server was very pleasant - a very nice woman. She brought out the water - tap water which smelled and tasted a little funny. I would have expected filtered or bottled water, especially when the tap water quality was poor. At this point, given the above, we decided to leave. If the experience up to this point was not up to par, we didn't want to take our chances. We've seen too many Kitchen Nightmares episodes to take the risk. Chaos in the front of house is normally correlated to chaos in the back. Hopefully the restaurant takes our constructive criticisms to heart and tries to make some improvements. The buck starts with the management.

I thought maybe it was friends and family doing fake reviews, and I wanted to give an honest one. But I was VERY impressed. Both Peters were there: Lindtner in the kitchen cooking, and Jacjay greeting and serving guests. Jacjay was so nice and helpful to my wife, daughter, and me. What a nice guy! It's a very small place, but cute inside. Please note: Even though it wasn't listed on the menu that we could see, they CAN do lattes and cappuccinos. My latte was great! Now for the food: My daughter had the signature mushroom garlic soup, and it was delicious. I was jealous of my wife's bacon, cheese, and egg croissant... until my Western omelette came out, that is! Both were fantastic. My omelette was more of a thin, European-style omelette, but it was great! Like I said, I partially visited this restaurant to prove the reviews wrong and set the record straight if it needed to be. But everything was so good that all I've done is provide Just Peters with another five-star review. LOL. A well-deserved one.

Extremely disappointing -- Hilton quality is clearly declining…read more I have stayed at Hilton properties for years, but after this experience, I'm seriously questioning why I continue to choose this brand. I booked the Hilton Cocoa Beach specifically because it is a beachfront property. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that hotel guests have to pay extra to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. At a beachfront Hilton, basic beach access and amenities should be part of the experience -- not another charge on top of an already expensive stay. This is beyond disappointing. The room itself also felt noticeably below the standard I associate with Hilton. No slippers, no iron, and towels so thin and worn that they felt more like budget-hotel towels. These may sound like minor details, but when you're paying Hilton prices, you expect Hilton quality. The staff was friendly, and I have nothing negative to say about their attitude. Unfortunately, friendly staff cannot compensate for a noticeable decline in quality, amenities, and overall service standards. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is my second disappointing experience with a Hilton-branded hotel in just three months. Two separate stays, two disappointments. Hilton used to be a brand I could book without hesitation because I knew what level of quality to expect. Sadly, that confidence is gone. The Hilton name no longer seems to carry the same standard it once did. After this stay, I think I'm done. There are simply too many other hotel brands that provide a better overall experience for the price. Loyalty has to be earned, and Hilton is quickly losing mine.

Okay...perhaps a grand event was taking place at 6pm on a Saturday..wedding reception perhaps! ... she came back and showed us to a table in the middle of the restaurant with window viewing. Apparently that was her compromise. Upon receiving the menu, we were a little taken back at the prices. I felt like we should be at Ruth Chris. A couple that was departing the restaurant stopped by our table and stated in a very pleasant but assertive manner, "Leave while you still can!" We thought they were joking. We sat there for another 10 minutes..no server in sight. Looking around at the only two tables occupied, as well as the looks upon their faces of agitation and unhappiness... we decided to bail! I still leave the three stars for the M-Th happy hour at the Bar!
