Clean it up. It's gross. Educate staff on foodborne illness, and body scratchin, then food handling. I loved the Tampa location's food. My delight over this location quickly waned when I walked in the door. The countertop for food prep was littered w food remnants from meals, smoothies made before my visit. If the staff was berries deep in a mad rush due to a crowd or numerous orders, I could understand the mess. I was the only customer inside. The lights over the food prep area were covered in a THICK layer of linty dust . The food bins looked nearly w. crumbs and sticky-looking surface yucked up. I love the freshness of this place. The juice. The food. The açaí bowls. Everything is fresh. You can literally smell the fruit when you walk in the door. Pros: The juices are delicious. You can literally watch them make it. I've tried multiple and I have not been disappointed yet. The avocado toast is amazing. Sliced avocado versus smashed would add to the texture but overall delicious. Nice wide tables to stretch out. Allows you to sit at the table with a stranger and not be next to them. Cons: Seriously lacking on the greeting. Whether at the cash register or picking up to go; it takes what feels like an eternity before someone acknowledges you. Both times I ordered a smoothie and both times people that went to the register to pay after me got their items before me. I think this place is great in terms of the business concept and the food, etc. if you're a health nut, this is for you. However, too many options makes it a little too hectic and all over the place. Also, I paid $17 for both of them.... But I didn't even get my drinks after that wait because it was too long. Extra charge I believe I am a pretty reasonable person but c'mon I really like this place but I will pass from now on and take my friends families somewhere else I asked for "make your own bowl", so I asked for açaí, granola, 3 fruits which were were banana, strawberry, mango, 3 toppings which were Nutella, chia seeds and almonds slices I did asked for extra Nutella. And gave them a tip. I received the bowl which looked great but no chia seeds, hardly any Nutella, and an extra charged for almond sheds. I love this franchise and love their product!! However, this location is very poorly managed and the customer service is very poor. I have been to this location many times and there has always been something wrong with my order. On occasion they have incorrectly charged my card. There also has been many times where they haven't answered the phone which is a problem during this pandemic. I went in today and ordered a healthy Elvis smoothie. I got there a little after it opened hoping it wouldn't be busy but it was actually pretty busy. The employee at the register was very sweet and explained the menu to me since it was my first time. I ended up going with the healthy Elvis since it had a chocolate and peanut butter with protein powder and bananas.
