After I approved the work, their employee took the truck on a test drive, and it broke down again with another high-pressure oil leak. They then wanted another $4,500 to fix a bypass pipe behind the transmission, bringing my total to over $10,000. Even worse, they refused to take responsibility for the new failure, even though it happened while their employee was driving. If the original problem was pre-existing, their diagnosis was wrong. If it broke during their test drive, they should own it. Instead, they just kept adding charges. This experience felt like a money trap -- each repair led to another expensive problem, with no accountability. I cannot recommend this company for any major repair or diagnostic work. Be cautious and get a second opinion before agreeing to anything here.
