I showed him my old nut and washer for my bathroom sink he walked me over to the appropriate location but there was several different sizes and I didn't know which size was mine I asked Tony what size is my nut and washer for my bathroom sink at that same time I asked him the phone rang he left me talking to myself and quickly picked up the phone then he proceeded to helping the person on the phone I waited for Tony he finally came back after 5 minutes no no not to help me but to continue to help the person on the phone I just stood there finally went over to Tony excuse me you were helping me first I guess another employee heard me and proceeded to help me it took the employee a minute to help me. I looked over at Tony he was still talking to the person on the phone. I spoke to manager Geo about this problem it might not seem like a big deal but to me it's all about respect and building that customer relationship. By this time i have zero faith in their system and i've got a contractor waiting for this stone, i was forced to drive to Fontana to the manufacturer yard taking time out of my day, thank god i have a truck. They mean well, but i feel like it's just another desert company barely doing enough to get by. Or maybe they have people doing $10,000 orders multiple times a day and my order is nothing.
