I tried the grilled shrimp. This entree includes about 10 medium shrimp, well seasoned in an herbal dry rub and grilled. Shrimp is perfect - a nice crunch to each one, sweet and moist.  Shrimp is served over cheesy rice, with a side of freshly steamed al dente broccoli. If it weren't for the fact that this meal is served in a styrofoam tray, you'd swear you were eating at a white tablecloth restaurant.   Good stuff. Others tried a cheeseburger and a chicken pita, both with fries. I was only able to swipe a few fries, crinkle-style. Deep fried golden brown and crunchy, lightly seasoned. YUM! This truck is definitely worth a try when you spot them.

Second brisket over a square of cornbread and baked beans, topped with shr3dded cheddar and that same bbq sauce. Both are generous portions of brisket. The brisket is a little wet for my taste, but nicely smoked with a crisp bark and very tasty. Plenty of other things to try on this truck plus a variety of delicious looking hot dogs.

The ribs came with a tangy barbecue-vinegar sauce, while the pulled pork was served with a classic vinegar-based sauce. As a fan of vinegar-style barbecue, I thoroughly enjoyed both. The ribs were mostly fall-off-the-bone tender. The end pieces came apart easily, though the middle pieces held on just a bit. The food truck staff was very friendly and efficient, getting orders out quickly and with a smile.

When I asked about it, she got snippy and defensive. She called the owner over (or I assumed he was), who said it was a 10% extra charge because of the high prices that they are experiencing, including in propane. I asked why the cashier couldn't have informed me of the charge before I made the purchase, instead lying and saying it was a "tax." nor was it posted on the menu board or anywhere else. This upset the cashier who started huffing around and acting irrationally. The owner that gave me a chance to cancel the transaction, but I went ahead and ordered the food. There are a whole bunch of problems with this. First, they nowhere posted that there would be a 10% surcharge for fuel or for higher costs incurred by them, or any other reason. This is just stealing plain and simple and violates state law. Second, when I inquired about it, the cashier lied and said it was for "taxes." Third, when she brought the owner over, she started walking around throwing a fit because apparently I questioned her truthfulness. Whatever, the food was poor at any price. Coleslaw was completely tasteless. Pulled pork was dry and thin. Only thing decent was the barbecue sauce, but they gave you about a half of an ounce in a tiny container. Highly recommend you avoid this dishonest and poorly run food truck.
