Great experience! Since you walk in you can feel that you are at the right bike shop! Arturo was the name of the guy who helped me, great attitude helps me out to order my bike, once the bike arrived, they put it together for me, call me for pick up! Definitely I'll recommend this place and i will come back here for some accessories or if i need some help with the bike! Great job to all the team!!!

Awesome local bike shop. Needed a spacer in my cassette for my road bike and they fixed it right away.

Dean and Joe helped me choose a helmet, reflectors and even gave me great advice on bicycles, costs, etc.

I do want to give a little grace since it was close to closing time, but the experience still left me disappointed. There were a few people inside, including staff, and despite making eye contact while they were laughing and chatting, I had to actually raise my voice to get someone's attention. When I finally did, I was told "pumps by the door," and they went right back to their conversation. It felt more like I was interrupting a group ride than walking into a shop that helps cyclists. To their credit, the pump was enough to get me home. When I brought it back, I was again told to just "leave it by the door," which reinforced the feeling that they wanted as little to do with me as possible and to get me out quickly. But if I come into a bike shop saying I nicked my tire, I'm really hoping for a new tube and a bit of help getting back on the road, not a quick solution that gets me out the door. I've heard from friends that this is supposed to be a go-to shop for cyclists in Brooklyn, which is why this was especially disappointing. Maybe it was just the timing, but the overall vibe came off more disinterested than helpful.

As a woman who bikes but doesn't know a ton about bikes, I often feel like guys at bike shops talk down to me / try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and overcharge. I never have that worry at Haven; they explain everything so I can learn, and make sure I understand all my repair options. Truly the best!!

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
