We visited 4 wineries which one had a wonderful farm to table lunch waiting for us (which this was included in ticket price) Each winery visited made us feel at home/great stories/great people and great wine waiting for us upon arrival! Wine tasting fees are addl around $35-40 per person. Our last winery visited Paul helped us to get TSA approved shipping boxes which wine got home safely! Wish we could've stayed longer at Buena Vista and Sangiacomo. Would highly recommend wine trolley/bus tour and felt ticket price was reasonable for having great service/knowledgeable driver/lunch for an all day tour.

Everyone is small business owned at the places we stopped at and also felt very natural and warm. The interactions with everyone was fun and I definitely got some wine knowledge too! We stoped at four places. One beautiful vineyar with spectacular views, a food terrace and wine tasting area, a winery and makery, and another wine tasting bar. Although they do have a minimum hour rental they made an exception to make our son's birthday wish come true. We rented the limo from 6:00 pm-12:00 am. He showed up around 5:30 pm and waited patiently while the kids finished taking photos. He had cider, sodas and water for the kids along with glasses and cups for them. They could play their own music. Once they arrived at The Asian Art Museum in SF and he dropped them off, he texted me and sent a photo of them heading up the stairs and let me know they had arrived safely. He asked me to share his work phone number with the kids so that they could call him once the dance ended and they could find him just in case. He reassured me that they did not have to rush as well. He had them back home by 11:40 pm safe and sound. The kids said he was great. I have Life360 on my son's phone and I was checking just to see where they were going to and from Prom and he was driving safe and the kids said he drove safe. I sent out a message through Yelp and they responded quickly. I was able to set up a shuttle ride over the phone two days in advance to have my parents picked up from SFO. What I really liked and the reason I give this company 5 stars, was their clear communication. My parents are not clear communicators, so it was imperative that I needed a shuttle service that could understand and work with me to help my parents find their way from plane to shuttle. While I was stuck at work. Lol. They were able to check on my parents' flight status, and the driver arrived on time. My parents did not follow directions (I knew it) so the driver had to contact me, but they eventually contacted the shuttle driver and found each other. Once in the car they realized they did not have their house keys. Luckily, I work one exit away from their house and the driver was kind enough to make a stop by my work to pick up my copy of keys. I really appreciate the good service this shuttle company provided. I have not personally used this service, but my parents have said that they would definitely use them again.
