Seriously so disappointed!! This was mine and my fiancé's spot pre-quarantine for the last 3-4 years, and we were so excited to hear they were finally open. We get the 90 minute body and foot massage, as we did yesterday... well to start, they have us go in the room and prepare for the massage then come in and say one person is busy so it will be a few minutes, fine.. they ended up started my fiancé's massage about 5 minutes after, I laid there for TEN minutes, still fine whatever. The ladies were so busy talking that she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing she literally "massaged" the left side of my body 85% of the massage, even after I asked her to please massage the right side as that's the side actually in pain The lady "massaging" my fiancé walked on his entire body 70% of his massage, he said she walked on his legs and everything .. even while laying on his back. They've never done that. And where's the massaging?? I say "massaging" because it honestly felt like they were rubbing lotion on us the majority of the time.. so sad read more

This has quickly become my go-to massage place in the neighborhood. There is another massage place across the street, but this place is significantly better. It's ran by all ladies which is quite safe. I usually don't say this but after I read a review of the other place where a male masseuse touched a female client inappropriately, things like this make me very anxious. These ladies are gentle, give a better massage and it's cheaper for a longer combination. The overall place is very clean, much more aesthetically pleasing, and is an overall great experience. Since I do massage therapy myself I knew what I needed. She did ok with her elbows I enjoy deep tissue. But she didn't touch my neck she complained and huff and puffed the whole time. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing with the cupping and the massage technique was all over the place. And after she wanted me to tip her another 20$! And she got upset bc I gave her ten for a half ass massage for 30 min and hurting me with the cupping ! Her name was cici. And before I hear that tipping is 15% to 25% anywhere you. I used to come here to see Lisa and she was great. When she quit, I figured I'd still try the location and had the worst massage of my life. The masseuse climbed on top of me and stood on me, which had never happened before, and was offended when I asked her to stop. It took about five minutes to get her off of me, even insisting I couldn't breathe; she wasn't Tiny either. This was immediately into the massage. I asked for another therapist because that was not the massage I was used to and they didn't have anyone available. Still charged me full price and expected a tip. The atmosphere it's very relaxing I got into my room a woman (chi chi) came in and asked me what I wanted worked on I told her and let's just say it was the best massage I've ever had in my 31 years she literally got every single knot from head to toe and I don't have jaw pain or tenseness any longer I literally could not believe her technique she was also very very professional. Once she was done and I went to pay I informed her that I was so grateful to her I'm not in pain I tipped her $100 she literally worked on me from head to toe for 90 mins it's was the best thing ever we'll worth over $65. Went in today with my friend to get 60 minute massages for $35. My friend was not satisfied with her massage (the woman rushed through it). Afterward when we went to each pay they asked my friend how much tip she wanted to leave, she told them $5. The woman at the counter called out to someone else who works there and she came out and said she had to tip $10. I said, why when she wasn't satisfied and they just ignored me. I then said that's a 30% tip, to which she told me it was only 25%. After my friend paid I wasn't even asked how much I wanted to tip, they just charged me and added a $10 tip. Last time I checked a tip was optional not required, let alone being told by the business how much I have to tip. I will never go there again. read more

This place is very soothing, quiet, and inexpensive. The massage therapists are all great at what they do. They do need more therapists because they get busy and turn people around but this is only because of how well they are with their massages. The best is the combo body and they use oils with rocks. Another great deal is the foot massage if you are on the go and don't have a lot of time. Overall it's a great place to come. Interior was nice, weird mesh on massage table, only a towel to cover. 1st time I had a masseuse w/fingernails that I could feel at times (they should all keep them short.) Massages were like most other foot massage places but what stood out was the fact that they throw in a hot stone massage as part of the package. I have really enjoyed this place because it's 5 minutes from home in the Home Depot strip mall. They're Chinese and don't speak English well, but if you're patient and can speak simply, you will most like likely enjoy your massage. All their massages begin with the Chinese technique of massaging your back over towel. I find it very soothing. If you ask them, they'll massage more deeply when you need it. They've been running a special at least for the last 2 months - $40 for one hour Swedish Massage, which includes warm oil towards the middle of the session. If I recall correctly, the price for a deep massage is $60 or $65 for an hour. They also offer 90 minute massages. They require payment up front, unlike most massage places, and they require an extra $2 if you pay with a credit card. You can tip before or after the massage. read more

Been wanting to try this place for a while, finally found a time to go this week on a Friday. Massage was great service was just OK. I would say it's best to book an appointment as I walked in they didn't seem busy but the gentleman said I have to come back in a half an hour later, which was fine. Once I arrived he took me back into the room from my full body massage and just close the curtain, didn't tell me what to do didn't tell me anything. Shortly after my masseuse came in and she looked at me perplexed as if to ask why I was not undressed. I was not told to get undressed...yes I knew I was getting a full body massage but everyplace is different, so I wanted to make sure of the process before I'm sitting in a room with my clothes off. I'm sure one can understand this. Anyways the massage was great definitely worth every penny. I wish she would have done more on my feet but I guess it wasn't included in the full body massage. Afterwards I was walked to the front offered a small bottle of water and then I paid with my debit card. While paying she asked how much i wanted to tip... this is RUDE. YES I AM GOING TO TIP BUT DONT ASK. anyways, I asked her to break a $20 bill for me so that I can tip. The cashier seemed confused...everyone knows when you break a 20 you give the person back a (1) $10, (1) $5 and then (5) $1's...she gave me back (2) $10 which forced me to give her a $10 tip. This was the most awkward and annoying part of the massage. You shouldn't have to beg someone for a tip and then not allow them to tip what they want. Next time I will be sure to have my own change. When I showed up few minutes prior to the appointment time, the owner who claimed have called me several times on the phone, which was not true-since no record of calling, leaving a voice message or text message was ever recorded, and a worker who spoke just a little more English said that they had let us know that our time was changed to 4:30p. UNFORTUNATELY ALL LIES! When I reluctantly accepted the delay in time of 1/2 hour, no later than 2 minutes later, after the two of them spoke to each other in Chinese, THEY CHANGED THE STORY OF NO APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE UNTIL 5p! In just 2 minutes! A Full hour after our original appointment time. They said we could come back then. WHAT A SERVICE, NOT! Least have a decency to honor the idea of appointment. While she was explaining our new time for service, MORE THAN 3 CUSTOMERS WERE TAKEN BACK FOR 4p appointment time MASSAGE as we were standing in the small, uncomfortable lobby. THANKS FOR NOTHING!
