We booked the 90 minute deep tissue couples massage for $260 and paid online. My massage went fairly well (4/5 stars). The masseuse used a lot of pressure at stressful points in my muscles. A couple of instances were a little painful, but expected. I appreciate they use the full 90 minutes. After the massage, my partner exited towards the reception desk. I immediately tipped my masseuse with cash. My partner doesn't carry cash, so I needed to get change at the reception. As I'm following my partner to the front, my masseuse tells the receptionist something that makes her immediately ask me if the tip I gave was for 2 massages. I said "no I need to get change for the other tip." This was an awkward exchange. It didn't feel right how they inquired for tip, and that took my thoughts away from enjoying the experience. Aside from the tipping issue, it was a good massage.

When I showed up, the nice lady at the front desk greeted me politely and offered some refreshments before my appointment. The whole vibe of this place was so peaceful and tranquil! I only waited about 10 minutes to be taken inside my private room. My masseuse was a sweet lady as well! She hit all the right spots and would definitely love to book with her again. I wasn't sure if the place was open at first because the building is in the process of being renovated. I entered the lobby and was greeted by a Chinese lady named Sophia. I asked for a 30 minute massage and paid the $40 house fee. Sophia led me back to one of the rooms and left to allow me get undressed. After a few minutes, Sophia returned and began the massage. She asked me if I wanted the massage hard, medium or soft. I opted for medium because I was afraid of too much pressure causing the kink in my neck to get worse. Sophia did a great job of gently breaking up the knot in my neck while applying just the right amount of pressure to my shoulders and arms. It felt wonderful! She worked my lower back too since I told her it was also sore. Before I knew it, the 30 minutes was up and massage was over. In hindsight, I wish I had opted for an hour massage. Sophia did an awesome job and gave a professional massage from start to finish. I'm not sure when I will be in the area again but I would definitely recommend this place if you need a good massage.

I feel like the facility keeps up their standards, and it is very clean. To be honest, you need at least a minimum of four hours here unless you want to rush. This is a perfect spot for a relaxing solo date or hanging out with friends or just a nice pick me up. When you walk in you pay for the service you like or just the day at the spa. They'll provide you a key for the locker and some clothes for the common area. You'll have to takeoff your shoes when you walk in and wear their slippers in the locker area. When you enter, put your stuff in the locker and take off your clothes. Note that the tub area and the showers are nudity only. There are no swimsuits allowed, however, once you're in the common area like going into the salt or ice rooms, you'll be able to put on the clothes that the front desk gives you. Please note that there is no phones allowed in the tub or locker room area. The showers and locker room areas provide a lot of toiletries for you to use such as hair, dryer lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's also a lot of towels but be mindful of your use. I appreciated all the different rooms that they had in the common area such as the salt room, the forest room, ice room, and then just the big common area space where you can lay down. I'm probably messing some of the rooms, but I'm planning on coming back this month for some R&R time for my birthday. I'm also very grateful that they also have a small Korean restaurant within the vicinity and you can wear the clothes that they provide into the restaurant. If you don't want to go to the restaurant and aren't that hungry, there are drinks and desserts that you can buy in the common area and enjoy. I'm so happy that this place exists and I don't have to go all the way to ktown to enjoy a spa like this!
