Worst salon experience I've ever had. The salon was unprofessional and unsanitary. The technician didn't properly prep or clean my nails before applying acrylic, and when I told her before she even finished that I didn't like them and wanted them removed, she insisted on continuing. After removing them, multiple employees argued with me and insisted I still pay for a service I was unhappy with. I felt completely disrespected and would never recommend this salon. read more

ruined the day before my wedding. I made an appointment months in advance. i specifically asked if they would have room for all of us. continued to take walk ins before ONLY ME THE BRIDE. I used to love this nail salon for my gel manicures but the last few times I have been there I have had very poor results. They only last a few days when they used to last a few weeks. So this is my first time here and I got to say I'm not impressed I had an appointment at 10:45 and ended up getting seen at 11:16 and nobody was helping us out. My pedicure was great painting job was good the technicians are nice but a little weird, otherwise I loved my pedi but my nails was a very rocky start First the guy who was doing my nails did not really know how to put acrylic on,a lot of my nails were lifting and the acrylic job is bumpy and too thick and when it came to the design nobody knew how to do what I was asking for so that was a bit upsetting, I went through 4 different nail technicians and I loved the design there is no problem with that but when I told him that my nail was lifting he just sawed my nail completely off I was like wow. Overall the people were nice very entertaining but would not recommend it unless you want an ok job. read more

I'm updating my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. I've been a regular customer and even though I normally have a good mani/pedi I've had a few bad experiences that actually have me looking for a new place. I don't want to name anyone but I've had a certain employee go on her phone during doing my nails, more than once too. She also cut my husband during his pedicure. She gave me a gel mani and I have to go back today to have it redone because on every single nail you can see the old polish peeking through. When I go in I want to request not to have her but feel uncomfortable and am just going to switch salons. The service I've had from other employees as all been good but I can't keep going to a place where I'm uncertain of the service I'll receive. It's sad considering I've told sooo many people to go here and now I look like a fool probably. read more

They really should get no stars. I was there once and it was not good at all. However I got $100 gift certificate that a person had paid for with cash. I mention he paid with cash because when I went to use it they told me it was not cash and it was a charge and so I had to pay a higher price. I had a manicure and a pedicure in the same chair both done in 20 minutes. People started coming in and I guess they were more important and I was there after the other people in the chairs and they got done at the same time I did even though they had one service done and I had to. Sorry about the grammar here in misspelled words but you can't back up. I really don't think it's legal to charge a customer more to use a charge card in the first place I know at another salon in town they got in trouble for doing that I now have signs all over that cash and credit card are the same price. These people are beyond rude and talk in their language so you never know what they're talking about and completely ignore you while you're there. I told him I didn't wanna come back and I need a day credit refund on my gift card. The manicure I received here was fine (just fine) but everything else about the experience was frustrating and definitely made me question the quality of this business. I didn't have time to get a manicure before my work trip so I stopped in here at the beginning of my travels when I had some spare time between meetings. Upon picking a nail polish and sitting down with my manicurist in front of me she repeatedly questioned me if I would like the no chip instead of the regular manicure. When I finally convinced her that I wanted a regular manicure she started her work. The trouble came when she opened the nail polish bottle. She noted that the polish was all thick and guncky and that I should go pick another color. When I returned with a different bottle she opened it up to find the same issue. I was then sent to choose yet another color. I came back with two colors to be safe, though one of them wasn't really a color I was hoping for. However, that was the color I ended up using because the other one had gone bad as well. How is it that the first 3 bottles of nail polish were all bad?! And here is the kicker- when she finished with my manicure she put them back on the shelf! Clearly this is not the place to go for a regular manicure! read more
