I suppose for the price, I'd prefer they do an "excellent" job instead of just a "good" one. Walk ins here are your best bet as I've made appointments before and making an appointment seems to mean nothing to them. On days where I've made an appointment I'm never serviced at my appointment time and walk ins have been prioritized above people who had appointments. It really just seems like they serve on a first come first serve basis even if you had an appointment scheduled. They're also really bad at telling people to come back if they're busy. They'll tell customers to wait on end and try to fit as many appointments as possible even if they do not have the staff to do it. I've been seated in a pedicure chair for up to 40 minutes waiting for someone to do my nails when they clearly did not have the staff to support the traffic that was in there.
