Found this great spot and haven't left yet. So far everyone who has done my nails and feet have did…read morea great job! I haven't picked who my favorite person yet. I typically come on Sundays or Monday's. It's not packed on those days. I start with deluxe pedi and add paraffin to it. The paraffin is $10 extra with deluxe pedicure. The pedicure water is actually hot throughout pedicure until end. So I don't have to ask to make the water hot. I get my gel overlay soaked off my hands while I'm doing my pedicure. So by the time it's done the gel is off my real nails. Then I get my real nails done with a gel overlay to protect my nails. It looks so much better that way. And you don't have to worry about polish chipping or your real nail breaking. I will continue to come here for now. Once I decide who going to be my favorite nail tech here I will let you all know. My daughter comes and some of my friends are now coming as well. So them pic of what you want and they do the rest. I love how it actually looks like pic. The style and color.

The technician had me soak my nails and after poolishing them and drying them I still had messed up nail polish. I went home and removed all the polish to discover she had drilled off the top layer of my nails leaving a thin layer that's going to take probably at least 6 months to grow out. The top layer left on the nail looks like a huge cuticle but, actually I have no cuticle now. I'm going to try to up load photos.

The technician who started my service was very kind, but she mentioned a few times that she wasn't feeling well. Out of concern, I told her she could skip the polish and stop early. Later, I regretted that decision and called back to see if I could return to have the polish applied. The receptionist was not particularly friendly, but eventually agreed I could come back the next day, Sunday. When I returned, the overall vibe was a bit off. The receptionist and the new technician seemed cold, and it felt like there may have been some internal discussion about the situation. Nonetheless, the service was completed. Unfortunately, by today, Monday (7/14), the polish on one of my toenails has already chipped, which is frustrating so soon after the appointment. When I used to live in Miami Lakes and when I come to visit, I typically go to the other location by Veterans Park and see Magalys, and I've always had great experiences with her.
