I know I am just one person and this may not mean that much to you, But in today's world this is happening way to often and I for one can not just let it go this time. When I went to the place to pick up the "truck", they showed me a van. They had no trucks for rent at all. They quoted a low per mile rate on the phone and when I got there, it was $.60/mile higher than the quote. Then they tell me they close at noon so they won't be there when I get back, so I would have to come down another day to pay. But I won't be able to pay with anything but cash or check. I wasn't able to go pay on the Monday after renting it, so I get a call Tuesday morning asking me to come in and pay. I tell him I can make it today or tomorrow. He (the owner) says, "No, you will come in today to pay!" So in short: Quote not accurate Wrong vehicle quoted Had to return another day to pay No way to pay but with cash or check Very rude owner I will not recommend this place nor will I return.

I took my vehicle to ACS to get new shocks/struts installed because the price was significantly better than any other place locally. However, ACS didn't do a realignment after doing the suspension work. Because of that, I burned through 4 brand new tires and had to replace them all just about a month after getting them. After calling ACS about it, they claimed that the repair didn't call for a realignment, though EVERYONE I talked to about it since then said that it is pretty common knowledge that an alignment is necessary after suspension work.
