After a few minutes of going over the amenities we were escorted to our site and the gentleman stayed with us until we had parked and aligned with all the utilities and he verified that all our slide outs were clear of any of the trees. All the sites are pull-through sites which really makes it easy to get an early start the following morning. The site was very level and there was plenty of room to park our chase vehicle. The utilities and hookups are all well maintained and we had no issues. There are lots of things to do inside the campground although we chose just to get some steps in and visit the campground store before going to dinner in town and relax for the next leg of our trip. We were given some complimentary trinkets and souvenirs at the store of the surrounding area which was very nice of the staff and unexpected. This is definitely a place we would return to when traveling through the area everything here made for a great stay and we couldn't have asked for a better staff to interact with, this is definitely one of the top KOA's we've stayed at...

They did not mention the moldy ceiling or the fact that the bathroom was practically falling apart. And they have a maintenance person so there is really no excuse for some issues. From the main highway I could even see roofing missing from some rear parts of the building, so it's obvious management doesn't care. I think one of the biggest issues was the shower/tub spigot installed incorrectly. When I turned the handle from the "off" position in either direction I got nothing but hot water - so they have 2 off positions, but somehow installed so turning on from the marked "off" makes it go through the hottest water first which is pretty dumb. I hope someone doesn't get burned from this. It was pretty cold outside on my visit and I had to put the thermostat on 76 to get the room slightly warm - that's because there was a hall AC unit right outside my door set to cool and with the fan set to high. So I'm trying to warm the room while an AC is blowing cold air through the drafty door. This likely would have been a 3 if it weren't for my late night "guest" that I killed with my Bubly container. I've seen other guests also complain of roaches in reviews. Their breakfast is okay and I mainly had the pre-packaged yogurt. Their wifi speed was spotty - some nights great and other nights horrible.

The staff was also super friendly. I love that they had a microwave in the vending room. That was super convenient. The only downside is that the valet parking was pretty expensive. They had me download the app which showed a different price than what I was charged. Overall it was still a great experience and I will be back

We checked in and were sent on our way to our room. The elevator smelled like urine. When we neared our room, we saw the maid outside the adjacent room. When we entered our room, the she quickly turned her head and asked what we were doing and that this room wasn't ready, but it was her sharp unpleasant tone that caught us off guard. No worries, I told her but to please contact the front desk. She said I don't know who told yall it was ready but do you see it's not ready? Anyway we made our way back to the lobby, got another room, got in a different elevator, and noticed the disgusting odor again. We get off on our floor and it smells awful like a ranch mixed with urine. The room also smelled musty and like a wet dog. We tried to look past that but then there was also a disgusting hair ball on the floor, stains on the bedding and curtains, and the just total ick. I give one star to the kind lady at the restaurant and check-in and for the view of the Mississippi River. Unfortunately we were not comfortable at all during our stay. We felt disgusting and couldn't wait to leave.

The room: check in was incredibly easy and they have a kiosk for self-service. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had all the typical ammenties one would look for. I assume most people who stay at casino hotels don't aoend too much time in the room, but if one did want to do that then this is a great choice. The bed was nice and soft, pillows fluffy, and the bathroom was spacious. The gym was a typical hotel gym. There was an elliptical, bike, treadmill, and a bench with weights. I only used the treadmill, which seemed a bit old but did its job just fine. Downstairs you will find a Dunkin and pizza place. The Dunkin was perfect for a quick breakfast. The egg bites came out piping hot and were delicious. The latte was standard. The customer service was great. The pizza place is meh. Thick crust, thick layer if cheese, not many toppings. I would skip this next time. The casino itself was quiet but it was a lot of fun. I found a blackjack table and the dealer was super nice and taught me the rules. I had a great time.

There was also a persistent sewage-like odor during my stay. I reached out to the hotel directly with documentation (photos/video) but did not receive a response, which is even more disappointing than the issues themselves. I would appreciate someone from management or corporate reaching out to address this.
