The rep carefully documented every single one of my needs/preferences and quickly turned around a draft 3D rendering of the proposed siding, which allowed me to visualize the project and modify things that didn't quite suit the house, etc. Later the rendering served as an invaluable reference for tracking progress towards accurate installation of the siding and trim. Once we launched the project, the team started a group chat, including the entire core team (BD, project manager, and the owner), so everyone was always in the loop on the project at all times. If I had *any* questions, they responded immediately, even on the weekend. In my experience, this level of transparency and accessibility is unheard of in construction projects like this. The owner, Yuk, is absolutely outstanding, a paragon of business owner excellence who clearly values client satisfaction. Definitely want to comment on the actual site team, who produced very high quality work, and were super courteous and friendly (which is especially appreciated when you have neighbors who have to live through a construction project this big).
