The biggest hit was the jewelry box- a musical one with a little ballerina. When she opened the bag she said IT'S PERFECT. I also gave her a little necklace, tutu, and bear in a tutu. The service here is amazing! Parents come here with their kids to get everything they need for dance class. The staff are dancers, so they are experts at fitting shoes etc. They have shoes for adults too. When I sign up for a salsa lesson (which has been a goal forever), I'll buy my shoes from here. Updates: My first review was 5 years ago!! Well I still love this place with great service and knowledgeable staff like Krystian ( whom is a former dancer himself). The ground floor store front is great!! Spacious and clean and organized. If your kid is like mine they tell you the dance shoes they are wearing is too small the day before the competition or recital! So I am so glad they are well stocked so I can get items right away. Before Covid I am all about supporting brink and mortar stores and now even more! They are Covid compliant so I feel safe about that. The price is very competitive so don't buy on Amazon ( I do with other stuff but if you can) bug your dance gear from here!!! read more

Customer service is superb. Met Yanni and Christian who were very nice and so helpful. The store is two floors and they have many dance wear selections (outfits, etc) for dancers. I bought my son split sole tap shoes (brand name is Leo). It was pricey but it's standard especially if you want quality shoes. He tried them on and did his first moves that he learned from his class today. I'm happy I was able to find this hidden gem since I didn't want to travel all the way to Manhattan. read more

As a former dance student and now the mom of a ballroom son this store is a godsend! I called first to make sure they had a range in my son's size before driving out there and they happily checked sizes for me over the phone. When we arrived the gentleman remembered me from the phone and promptly had someone help me. Beautiful selection and range of sizes in boys ballroom which is tough. so this was my third time going here . The first two times there was a young lady there to help me and she was good. She took her time and helped ,no complaints. The other day I had to return something and the customer service was horrible.The older lady was rude and nasty and acted as if I stole the shoe from the store. I presented my receipt as requested and it was one run around after the next! I will NEVER shop there again!! I work too hard for my money to be treated as if I rob and steal! read more

One star is one too many. The quality of the leotard is absolutely horrible. My daughter has gone to dance for the past 6 years and I have never seen such a bad quality leotard. After pre-washing it, my daughter wore the leotard to ballet one time and she came home from dance and her skin was black because of the leotard. I washed the leotard over and over again in the sink and the water was completely black because the leotard leaks. When I tried to return it the worker said that it wasn't their, problem it was mine.
