I decided to show her the inside of the sandwich again and asked her to double check with the kitchen, she returned and confirmed it was actually ham, even though the ticket showed that she ordered turkey. She did offer to remake the sandwich, but it would have taken another 10-15 minutes and at that point I was already over it. I ended up just paying, and leaving. I completely understand that menus change and servers can't memorize every item. I just wish the sandwich had been confirmed with the kitchen sooner when I questioned it the first time. We met some D9 brothers and sisters who had like friends and acquaintances of ours in common. The atmosphere is warm and family friendly. The patrons and staff were nice and gracious. We struck up conversations with others seated next to us, laughed, listened to great music and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
