A good ole Irish bar with good food and drinks. Tried the wings and tacos and both really good choices. They also serve Yonkers IPA my fave. Will be coming back again.

Food quite tasty, good Guinness, good service. The sausages were nice and smoky and paired nicely with the sauce. The French onion soup I loved - perfect amount of cheese. The shepherds pie was quite nice and light as well. Definitely the right spot for a sports game!

A really nice place to come for a casual bite to eat and a few drinks. The menu is extensive and covers a lot of different types of foods, Mostly with an Irish twist. From pot pies, to fajitas! And DRINKS! Very friendly staff too! The dining room is all decorated up for the holidays, so come and enjoy!

Service was amazing. Shepherds pie was delicious and the chicken pot pie is even better. Get yourself some mozzarella stick, a Guinness, and stay awhile.

Heritage is a neighborhood gem. When we lived in Yonkers, we often ate next door at Eileen's. Heritage is the larger of the two establishments, and it stays open later because of its bar aspect. Personally, I prefer Eileen's because of the country feel, and the staff is way more attentive. My last visit here was not the best one. My daughter and I stopped by to kill time before her afternoon class and we were sat quickly, as per usual. The server took pretty long before coming to our table and we she did, she was ready to take our orders, except we never received our menus. She quickly took our drink orders and gave us menus. I already knew thta I wanted soup so I ordered their soup of the day. Both restaurants share the same kitchen so you're going to get good food regardless, but the level of service is way better on the other side. After the food was delivered, it was difficult to get our server's attention. She did not return to the table to ask how we were. I never received silverware and I had to flag down the guy to delivered the food, only to have him yell as the server to come to my table. It's really disjointed at times. We ate here in the summertime, after my daughter's dance recital, and the service was much better. That may have been because we were a larger table, but that should not make a difference. Just because there's a guaranteed gratuity, service should not improve. It should be consistent from bar to table, from solo diner to part of five. It's funny, because every single time we eat at Eileen's, we have a pleasant experience and if it's after 3p, I usually don't even attempt to come here. Unfortunately, Eileen's was hosting a party this day, so they closed early for set-up.

It is a family friendly establishment. One side is the bar area and the other where families can sit with kids. Services was fast. Everyone came and checked on you to make sure everything was going well. Staff friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. The margarita was amazing. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of it. The pina colada was not so good. However, the waitress was willing to change it free of charge. Overall service was amazing. Will definitely come back and try other items on the menu!

This place is special. The owner is special. I came here for the first time on September 11 and I was so impressed with the beautiful tribute to Orio Palmer. Orio was a battalion chief who died trying to save my family member and many other peoples lives on September 11, 2001. There's an entire room dedicated to him. On top of that, the food and drink and atmosphere and the entire vibe is awesome! We got the mozzarella sticks, onion rings, coconut, shrimp, and several dinners and sampler platters and everyone loved their food. I highly recommend this place.

Just had an enjoyable breakfast here this morning. Our server Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We ate in the Eileen's side which was casual, with nice lighting and was not noisy. I had the croissant melt (yum!) which came with deliciously crispy home fries and my daughter had the eggs Benedict which was also very good. Our server made a very tasty iced hazelnut latte which my daughter loved.

We went there today for Father's Day and my birthday and had a wonderful experience. We started with the sampler platter for the 4 of us and it was the biggest and highest quality sampler platter we've ever had. More than half went home with my parents. For meals 2 of us had the eggs Benedict with steak fries, one had the McLean Ave breakfast and one had the sliders. Everything was delicious and staff was extremely polite and attentive. Our service was Ryan and he was extremely efficient and helpful as was every other staff member we encountered. This will be our new family meet up spot as it's in the middle of all of us located throughout Long Island, Queens and Westchester, thank you for a great day.

Great atmosphere, nice ambience. Very friendly staff. Comfortable seating. I had the nachos. They're made with fresh ingredients and very tasty. My food came quickly and was nice and hot. The bartender made me feel very welcome. My cocktails were well-made, delivered quickly, and consistent in strength and taste. I love Irish pubs, and was impressed enough with this one to return! If I get a chance to visit again before I leave the area, I definitely will!

The food menu had the expected Irish fare; shepherds pie, salmon, corned beef, and cabbage, etc. There were some Italian inspired appetizers and mains, even Korean flavors. Everyone ordered whatever they wanted off the regular menu. Service was impeccable, the restaurant has an inviting ambience. I noticed there were a lot of "regulars" there this particular afternoon. The service and food, on the other hand, were quite a mixed bag. We ordered a margherita pizza, pancake tacos, steak and eggs, and French toast with a side of sausage--the pizza, at least, was good. However, the "French toast" was more like an anemic panini press trying to pass as French toast. The steak and eggs comprised of a fairly well-cooked (that is, it was the right temperature) yet underseasoned steak of a relatively dubious cut, underseasoned home fries, and eggs done wrong (sunny side instead of over easy). The lattermost was the start of the problem, as I was willing to give it a shot, but found the texture off-putting. In light of this, I brought the problem to our server Adalia, who brought it to her manager Elvia. Thankfully I had someone else with me to tell me what happened: Elvia came over without addressing me on their error, silently took a look at my plate and instructed Adalia to have the kitchen put the eggs back on the fire. She takes my plate to extract the eggs, and brings them back (unsurprisingly) completely overdone, first in Elvia's hands, then in Adalia's for her to serve; we send for a refire, and they come back correct 7 minutes or so after I've already finished eating. Considering the hassle it took to get them, I couldn't trust it enough to eat, leading them to waste as well. After all was said and done, the GM Amer comes over to see how things were, and was thankfully helpful and understanding of our situation. Here's the rub: I was initially willing to overlook the steak, the home fries, and even the eggs if the error was properly ameliorated. Adalia and Amer both did very well, and I'm grateful for them for that; Elvia, on the other hand, managed to break the chain of competent customer service by directing the server to handle the problem in a way that was set up for failure (if you mess up an egg, it's an immediate refire because of how the egg cooks in the first place -- Amer also arrested to that policy) all without addressing us and taking accountability, due to negligence or whatever else. Not only that, but when sending the incorrect eggs over the second time, she couldn't even bring it to us herself--it would have been easy, seeing as she was the one that originally had them--and left Adalia and her tip to potentially take the fire if the patrons happen to be angry. Mistakes are fine--everyone makes them--but I'd describe this as cowardly more than anything else, and I take issue with that in particular from a leadership standpoint. While Amer graciously extended an invitation for a better experience next time, I can't say I'll be taking him up on the offer when their service and food are this misaligned; unfortunately, a disappointment overall.
