Came here for the first time with my family. Forgive me for sounding a bit clueless, but this place blew our minds. We aren't used to theaters that have all you can eat self-served popcorn and butter machines, fountain drinks, and cheese and chili for you popcorn or nachos. Even the recliner chairs had an extra switch to raise the head rest lol. The lobby and theater itself is pretty huge. There's a pizza pub in this theater as well, but they were closed. Large parking lot. Like all theaters, it's pricey, but I think if you eat a lot of popcorn and drink, you definitely can make your money back lol. Staff are friendly and fast. read more

This was my first time here and I can't see myself going back. The way you receive the food ordered on their website is by getting up from your seat and going to the door of the theater. I thought this would be less annoying / disruptive than the wait staff walking through the aisles-- it was not. Every time someone went to pick up their food, they had to wade through the seats, which means they will block your view. Then, after they receive their food, the door to the theater slams. It was very loud and disruptive, especially during tense or quiet parts of the movie. swear to god, I counted upwards of 30 door slams. How have yall not ensured that the doors are soft close? How have you not trained your staff to ensure that the door shuts quietly? read more

I was in Theater 15 and our seats C4 and C5 were torn up. Not exactly premier or "LUX" seating. Not to mention, several person or persons had thrown something at the screen and they did not bother the clean it up? A little bit ghetto if you asked me. Horrible. This man in a wheelchair kept following us... and looking at us.. and overall all the staff was rude, uneducated except the people who DID mind their business. And trust you will get followed and watched by that wheelchair guy... he will find you and will not give you any privacy, and he will get people to watch you if anything don't go here you will be profiled as well and they'll be watching you from afar and be talking about you. And no refund. Get your refund before hand that's what they said. And if they're reading this i hope so, so they know how they can fix themselves talking about customers and telling other people their business. Went to go see a movie here this past weekend. Honestly, it was a very decent experience. I enjoyed the film itself, but also it was a good theater. Easy to get to (and easy to get out of at the end). No lines, literally walked up to the counter and was taken care of right away. Ticket price was average (not break the bank). Got a drink, but no food. The staff were pretty helpful, and the front lobby was clean. The theater itself was clean, and it was easy to find my seat. It was a showing on a Sunday late afternoon, and there were only a few other people in the theater. Not crowded. Not a lot of background noise or talking. Just a calm, easy viewing experience. When I got up to leave, the parking lot was well-lit and it was easy to find my car. I know around here people have options for where to see a movie, out and about. But personally, I would go back to this theater and encourage others to do so as well. It also helped that it's pretty close to where I live! :) read more

Unfortunately, this cinema has gone downhill a lot. This was my favorite theater for such a long time. My son and I went yesterday, and I was overwhelmed by how dirty it was. The floors were sticky, my seat was torn, and trash from previous guests was still in the tray and cupholder. The staff could have been more friendly, and there was no manager visible to talk to. This is the first time my wife and I had been to Premier in months but they have certainly gone downhill. Our experience occurred around 10PM on 6/27/18. There was one woman taking tickets and around three employees behind the concession stand. Only one employee behind the concession stand was working while the others were socializing. The important thing to note is that they have moved everything to self serve. We were given our popcorn bag, cup, and sent on our way. As we rounded the corner, we saw the popcorn stand, nacho area, and drink machines. The popcorn section wasn't horrible but didn't look great. The drink machines looked as if a tornado had rolled through. We get into our theater and there is a young man without his shirt on. The theater was filled with middle school aged children who behaved as such (at a rated R movie, mind you). It was also quite hot in there. The saving grace is the seats. The seats recline and are rather comfortable. That was really the only good part of our experience. We may give them another chance but we will probably just take our business to Cinemark in College Station. read more

Went to the 9:30 showing of Ant Man & The Wasp tonight ONLY because Cinemark was sold out and now I know why! The theater we were in was NOT cleaned out after the last showing! The floors & seats were covered in popcorn, melted chocolate, the floors were sticky from spilled drinks and my daughters headrest has a greasy substance on it. I had to use my hand sanitizer to clean the the headrest and her seat. The next time we will just wait for another day to see it at our preferred theater in town! read more

Food is expensive. Almost every bathroom stall has a dirty floor, seat, and bowl. The theater we were in had obviously not been cleaned since the last viewing; there was popcorn on the seats and popcorn and salt on the tray tables. It doesn't seem that there is an organized maintenance system. My first visit here wouldn't have been worth any stars. We hadn't known that the building was still under construction, and our theater had no air conditioning. As I had no jacket, and the temperature outside was 30 degrees and the inside was pretty close to that, so I was miserable the whole time. I have generally had no pleasant experiences at this theater, but I continue to come because it will have enough last minute tickets for me and my friends when other theaters don't. read more

Premier is a great theater option! The reason I'm not giving it 5/5 stars is because it's more expensive than cinemark. They have a bar area where you can order food and their pizzas are actually super good and plenty of food for two people to split one pizza! Now they have the nice recliner seats and also now even have unlimited popcorn and drinks available! I haven't tried that out but it seems pretty genius that they are doing that! read more

We held our kid's birthday here, with a private showing. They've made a lot of things self serve, like popcorn and soda. The theatre areas have been upgraded with seats that have little tables to put your snacks. The pizza was pretty good and reasonably priced. The bathrooms still smell weird, but they were very clean. We came here to watch Captain Marvel. The theatre and our seats were clean. We came in right on time for the movie and were able to get second row seats. This was my first time at this movie theatre and it was a pretty good overall experience but I am giving them four stars because we tried calling to see if we could get our tickets in advance (you can't buy tickets online) but no one answered the phone numbers that are listed. read more

This is the worst theater in town. The "new" stadium seats are too close together for the aisles, so you have to fold up your seat if any one wants out. Floors are sticky, we didn't have an issue with popcorn or trash, as many others have said. Way too expensive for what you get. Cinemark down the road is a dollar cheaper, cleaner and has aisles appropriately spaced so you don't disturb anyone if you have to duck out. read more

My SO and I went to this theater for the first time last night and I really enjoyed the experience here! Student tickets were only $4.50 each and we host a combo meal with popcorn and a soda. They have a seasoning station where you can add your own butter and seasoning salts too which is really exciting. I added too much seasoning salt and made the popcorn too salty... next time SO will be in charge of that! The theater we went into was pretty comfortable, the theater itself is huge with many seats, however the seats aren't that comfortable, they're more like soft rocking chairs than something plush, and you don't have that much leg room. We definitely enjoyed the movie and would come again! read more

Terrible customer service, half done upgrades are just tacky and a mess and when a movie started 55 minutes late and then froze, we were denied anything more than a refund DESPITE being told we would be given a free movie ticket. The only downside to this is it's farther from College Station than Cinemark. It has more comfortable seats with wide armrests. Tickets are slightly more expensive than Cinemark's but still offers student discount. Remember to bring your student ID with you when you go. read more

Bar tender skimmed our margaritas on the tequila and my friend ordered a tequila sunrise and he totally served them a frozen margarita. Very disappointed. The pretzels were not satisfying. It's clean and comfortable to watch your movie in but if you're wanting an adult beverage or snack go elsewhere. read more

I prefer this theatre to the Cinemark in College Station. Prices are comparable, but the theatre itself is brighter, bigger (at least it seems like it), and the restrooms are super clean!! They also sell beer and Messina Hof wine here - whaaaat?! The only gripe I have with this place is that the chairs recline weirdly so I'm always scrunched up in a strange position. read more

Only problem for 3 stars is they had these "special effect" chairs in the back and we heard about them during the previews and got real excited to go sit in them. We soon realized these chairs didn't vibrate, function, or have noise coming out of them and were highly uncomfortable. Why advertise "special" chairs when they don't work???? I'm really not sure how to express my frustrations at this place. There are a few pros about this place. They've got cheap tickets, especially if you are a student. Additionally, there are a bunch of awesome restaurants nearby so you can always grab dinner before the show. However, the theaters are small, which becomes a huge problem especially if you try to go to a movie close to the opening night. Furthermore, the staff is extremely rude! We tried to get there before the movie started. Instead of letting us go to the theater, he told us we needed to wait because the movie theater was being cleaned. Understandable of course. However, instead of letting us know when they were done, they allowed everyone else to get to the theater. We were turned around for maybe 5 minutes and then the entire theater for filled. I wouldn't normally be disappointed by this, but having to sit in the front of the theater, when you were the first to show up for a show seems a bit ridiculous. When we mentioned it to one of the workers, he didn't seem apologetic and said blamed us for not showing up on time. Might I suggest creating a line on the side for people that are there too early? This theater far exceeds the Regal in CS. They have great prices, good bar specials and they have recliner chairs with individual tables! The food is no Alamo Drafthouse, so eat before you come... unless it's popcorn. They recently got serve yourself popcorn and soda machines! read more

I have to say that compared to Austin and other locations, this one isn't nearly as busy, so that's nice. I can usually find ample seating for everyone. My main issues are with the staff, they're mostly comprised of inexperienced high school and/or college students, but that's to be expected. However, some of their attitudes could use an adjustment, no manners or interpersonal skills. Another issue is how loud they run the volume for certain movies, it makes the experience unenjoyable. Why do we have to be blasted out of the room? Lastly, just about every other viewing room is dingy, except the iMax screens. I guess I've been spoiled with iPic options in Austin. read more

I've had a very few good experiences at this theater before, the other night was no exception. I was so excited to go see a movie in the D-Box seats with a beer in hand and relax on my birthday night with my lovely wife; sadly my experience was nowhere near satisfactory. It started great. I had made plans to go see Insurgent with my wife on my birthday. As soon as we got in, I immediately went to the bar to purchase a few beers for the movie (it was closing soon and I wanted to be stocked for the entirety). I was just a couple minutes too late to receive the happy hour special, but the bartender gave it to me anyways sense it was my birthday. I was very pleased with my service at the bar but the prices are a little outlandish. Going to movie theaters in Austin such as Alamo Drafthouse or Flix Brewhouse would've been cheaper with a much better selection. I was expected to pay nearly $5 for a bottle of shiner here... I could have spent $3 for a good craft beer at Flix or Alamo. I was prepared to spend a few extra bucks for the D-Box seats as I had never sat in them before. The seats were amazing and I highly recommend that everyone try them at least once for a good action/exciting flick (I would love to see the new Fast and Furious movie in these). The price was well worth the experience. What ruined the D-Box experience for the two of us was how horrendous the theater had smelled. It had smelled like a sewer pipe at broken directly below us and I was distracted by the scent the entire time. I went to the bathroom in the middle of the movie to find a poorly kept up floor that did not have me comfortable spending anymore time in. Upon telling the assumable "on-shift manager" about the smell, almost no concern was given and it seemed like she was just blowing me off. Overall, until something is changed at this theater, I will be taking my service to the Cinemark down the road. read more
