I came in to do my laundry. I didn't have much to leash but I had colors and whites. I loaded the colors first on one of the small white washers. I run it and then I loaded the whites on another white washer. Both washers looked pretty new. It was washing my clothings. When it was near finish the lady who watches the laundromat started putting an "Out of order" signs on all the white washing machines, including the ones I was using that had like 2 more minutes to complete. She did this as more people were coming in the laundromat. It looks like she was doing that so that folks who are just coming in will be using the larger more expensive washers. Hi guys I am only putting 1 star because unfortunately you can not put a negative. This laundry mat is around the corner from my home. So when my mother comes over on Sunday's she likes to do her laundry and she recently found Grande yet had a terrible experience with a employee named Karen. I regretted letting my mom go alone when she came home crying from her experience. Karen rudely commented to my mom that she can not use a basket while no cloths are in it then had took her basket away ( mind you everyone is using a basket without cloths in while waiting for the dryer to be done to use basket ) My mom notices someone else doing the same, not meaning to call anyone specific out she asks Karen about the other customers. Karen went to that customer then speaks in Spanish and grabbed the basket. This customer begins to curse at my mom in Spanish afterwards and trust me I am Mexican American so I know what curse words are in Spanish. My mom then whispers under her breath " whatever forget you " and moves on with her life. Karen then gets in my elderly mothers face and begins yelling at her. She rudely yells and stares my mother down to her car. Karen embarrasses her in this so called safe laundry mat that everyone is supposed to be treated with equality & respect at. Not only is this so profoundly unprofessional but scary for my mother who just wants to get her laundry done and go home. I myself have been to this laundry mat and have seen many people with a empty basket waiting for their cloths. Karen seems to let some customers get away with this rule ( which I do not mind at all, life goes on ) but how she treated my mother is unacceptable and will never be fine with me. Karen is fortune I was not present when she did speak this way in my mothers face. This is thee ABSOLUTE WORST place to get your laundry safely done. I highly recommend the manager get new help and fire Karen immediately or NO ONE come here. I do understand having no choice and if so just make sure to not let your elderly parents come alone. Every 2 weeks one of the dryers stops working on medium heat. I would set temperature to medium for 32 mins and come back to see one of my loads still completely cold. Employee just told me you have to put everything on high in order for it to consistently work. Have to fill out a refund request form since they don't refund you on the spot anymore apparently. I suggest putting a sign or crossing out the low and medium option to notify your customers dryers only work on high to stop wasting everyone's time. The prices are reasonable but if you're planning on drying your clothes in low or medium temperature, don't bother since it's not reliable. Wasting additional 32 mins every time a machine refuses to dry on medium heat is not worth it. read more

This laundromat is in a strip mall. The staff onsite keep the floors and tables clean. This place requires you to by a card for $5 which then $2 is automatically loaded on your card. I put in a $20 and got $2 added to my card as well, bring my total $24. Not a coin operated establishment. Plenty of washing machines ranging from 1-6 loads. Dryers are a plenty as well. Mostly families washing. About 6 larger Televisions and vending machines for food and drink purchases. Few benches for sitting. FREE WIFI read more

While this is one of the cleanest and busiest laundromats. The attendants only seem to help those who are Spanish speaking. One of the 6x washers was not working properly, and another customer and I were told it's not working and walked away. 15 minutes later , the same attandant helped the Spanish speaking women get the machine working. This is horrible customer service, for a place that is actually one of the best around. I don't come often, just sad to see. Could be just a one-offl. read more

This store was not as busy as the same one down the street. But things are all the same. They employee was cleaning when I walked in. She said hi and bye when I was done. She cleaned the entire time. Prices as expected. Friendly employees always really clean. I saw only one machine out of order. This is the best named laundry mat to ever use. No matter the location. The best time to come is on the evenings. (My favorite time) in the evenings when Ruth is there. She's always so helpful, always smiling asking if we need anything, hard worker. ( on the two days the driers are a penny definitely would suggest having a second staff, poor Ruth non stop running around, Honestly if it wasn't for her I wouldn't come as I had bad experiences with the morning staff. I was really impressed with Grande Laundromat. I have not been to a laundromat in years, as I own my own home. Since my wash machine is ill, I had to use an alternative to wash some clothes so I visited this laundromat for the first time. Great place. The place is very clean, the staff member on duty is consistently walking around cleaning the machines, floor and making sure everything is kept organized. They have standard and industrial size washer and dryers units to accommodate small to large loads. I think the machines did a better job then my own unit. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have 6 large screen TVs to entertain you while you wait for your clothes to wash. They have vending sodas and snack venting machines. This laundromat is cash only. You get a Laundry card in which you load with money and insert it into the machine card readers. The larger wash machines are about $7 and smaller are about $4 and the dryers are $0.48 for 8 minutes. I recommend this laundromat to everyone and I will definitely be back when I need an alternative. read more

Washing machine at home broke so we had to do laundry somewhere. This place was the closest. It's been years since I've used laundromat and wow the price has gone up, as with everything! U need to buy a card for $3 or $5 then load it up with $ and use it to wash/dry. The lady that works here is so friendly and nice and very helpful. She is always cleaning the machines. There is also free coffee in the morning. They have vending machines w/ food and drinks. The washing machines are various sizes and costs, fitting from 3 loads up to 8 or 10 loads per machine! The dryers are huge and they have $ specials on diff days. Its clean, the people are friendly and I've never had to wait for a machine. read more

Best place to wash your clothes. All of the washers and dryers are new. The place is clean . There's always someone who can assist you if there's a problem with the machines. But don't go on the weekends because there's a lot of people doing their laundry. read more
