They work very hard, cleaning constantly. They sell soap, dryer sheets, and other laundry supplies in case you forget yours, and they have 2 vending machines for snacks and drinks. They have places to sit inside and outside while you wait for your laundry, carts so you can move your laundry from one place to another, and countertops to fold. The only thing I don't enjoy is some of the other guests. My partner and I have had extremist religious folks approach us and harass us when we said no thank you or directly asked them to leave us alone. Bring headphones to ignore other people, but definitely watch your surroundings.

They have different sized washers that can hold 1-9 loads!! I went at 9am on a Wednesday, not crowded and plenty of machines. There was an employee constantly cleaning, sweeping and organizing. She was very helpful getting a card to load, with how much soap to put in the different sized machines and with all the other questions I had. This is only my second time at Grande but I looked at other laundromats and this place is just so much cleaner, the choice was easy when it came to my clothes. I used a machine that held 6 loads of laundry and it was $8.88. Probably pricey (I don't know the going rate these days) but for me worth it. Dryer time was 3 CENTS a minute so washing is definitely their money maker. Tips: bring your own soap to save a little money and your hangers. They had plenty of laundry carts to hang clothes and table space to fold. Highly recommend!!

I have been using the "Fluff and Fold" service since June 1st. I drop my clothes off to Luis and he calls me when they are done. It's that simple. No more waiting for the washer to finish, clothes to dry, then folding and trying to get them home in a pile. My clothes come back packaged and perfectly folded...Every time. And, for me, it only costs about 4-5 dollars extra a week above what I would pay to do them myself. Less than a dollar a day to have someone do my laundry? It's a no brainer. By the way, Luis is terrific. He will tell me approximately when they will be done, but if I have a rush, he will do everything in his power to get them done. Amazing...And, a real nice guy. The place is always clean, and the free WIFi, Air Conditioning and TV are a nice touch. read more

I come here to do my clients laundry when I am working in this area and after reading the last reviews I have to say that I DISAGREE. There is a box to leave a message if I have any problems and it is very clean there too. The area is definitely full of homeless people but that has nothing to do with the laundry. I have even seem them throw people out trying to keep it nice. Their prices are THE LOWEST and their machines look new. The other people doing their laundry when I am there are usually just nice families. Also, it is not as NOISY as the one across the street, with all of those TVs on. I guess I like going to places that feel more like home. read more

I have come in here a couple of times and have always encountered a clean laundromat. I live in apartments and the washer and dryer there are not trustworthy and believe me I have gone through most of Escondido's laundromats and this is by far one of the cleanest I have been to. The lady working there is nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. read more

I have laundry facilities in my apartment complex but I go to change is good instead because they keep it so spotless, friendly staff and there is woman there Tuesday willing to help if having trouble with anything! I notice something else about the staff their organized and they keep out the people who are not doing laundry making it feel a safe place read more

They say they have security cameras for my safety. I think they need a security guard. The place is nasty dangerous people. BE CAREFUL. it's a homeless hang out and they even sleep inside store because no one works there most of time. read more

On the route home, the first group experienced car trouble and had to exit the freeway unexpectedly in an unfamiliar area. We waited with them for more than two hours for the tow truck to arrive. After the first hour, we drove ahead looking for a bathroom, we tried three places from a 7-11 "convenience" store to a mini-mart, and they didn't have one. We spotted this laundromat and decided it was worth a try. The entrance had a "laundry store" to the right if you want to purchase detergent, etc. On my left was a row of washing machines and clothes dryers. It was a busy time for them as many customers were using the machines. Straight ahead was the coveted bathroom, however, a key card was needed and it was reserved for customers only. We approached the young girl (I regret not getting her name), at the laundry store and explained our situation. She was so kind and friendly and unlocked the door for us (phew, what a relief). Often times you encounter a public bathroom and they can be very messy and lack supplies. However, that was not the case at this neighborhood facility! We found it in sanitary condition and readily available for their customers. I wish to thank the manager for providing services and hiring friendly staff to assist those utilizing the facility.
