While visiting my family back home I brought my dress I wore at my wedding and my husbands shirt from our wedding to get cleaned. We got married in 2018 and where we live we don't have a dry cleaners. Also the elements where we lived was causing reddish orange spots all over our clothes. They looked like rust stains but nothing medal was touching the clothes. I spoke with the owner and he said he would try his best to get the clothes and stains clean. I was in no rush so he had the clothes for a little over a week. When I got the call to pick them up he told me everything came out of the garments except on my husband's shirt. One of the darker stains was still there. When I came to pick them up and inspected them I was so surprised and impressed that they were looking like new and no stains. And as for the spot on my husband's shirt they were able to lighten it up so much it's barely there. I was so happy. The girl ringing me up asked if I was happy with the results and if I was sure I was okay. I told her yes because the clothes looked amazing and even the one spot had lightened up so much it was barely there. Extremely overpriced now! Used to be reasonable, but not anymore. Just to barely hem 2 flannels was over $50! Lost our business for sure.

If I could give zero stars I would....I decided to try this place because of the good reviews, however, they ruined a vintage jacket/sweater I have had for years. I had it cleaned for a winter trip and they did not take the proper precautions, so as a result, the buttons are broken and ripped out...so now there are holes. I went in to get at least the 20 dollars it cost to clean my now defunct jacket and the owner was classic...first she started to argue with me, then she tried to blame the age of the garment, then proceeded to blame me for the buttons. Then the little old lady started to yell at me, telling me I am not a good customer. Good luck to anyone who brings any item they actually care about here....the owner is a classic rude bitch, who can not admit they ruined my garment. read more

Decided to try this dry cleaner as the one I used for years closed. They do a decent job cleaning, but WAY too expensive. I had 11 items of just shirts and 4 pants. Total price .... $77! That's over $7 an item! Not worth the price. Going to look elsewhere for a reasonably priced cleaner. read more

Will never go again. They shrunk and destroyed my fav hat. If I new there was even a slight chance in hell that it would be mest up I would of not left it. I asked 4 or 5 times. U could clean it right. It wont get messed up right. No sr it will be fine ur hat in good hands. My fav hat that no longer fixs is sitting in the truck cover by tools and what ever else is in there. Its was shrunk and has a floppy bill. When I went back they said we cant do anything sorry no refunds and sorry we wont buy u a new hat. Not a sorry we f*@#ed up ur hat. #1 reason for this place: the owner - Kim! I've been bringing my clothes to Kim for years now. I walk in, she smiles, we chat, I get fresh immaculately pressed clothes and I walk out. They've never lost an item, and on the rare occasion they miss a stain they'll re-do it for free. I go to the El Norte location because it's closer to my work, but it's still the same quality as all the clothes are cleaned at this location. Everyone behind the counter is exceptionally courteous and welcoming; exchanging a little bit of chat with them always puts me in a cheerful frame of mind when I'm out doing my errands. I've brought in a number of alterations within the past year, and I've been surprised every time at how quickly the sewing is finished and ready to be picked up. Every dress and skirt I've had taken-in or hemmed has fit me perfectly, down to the centimeter. Coming after fittings that are so quick and un-fussy, it seems almost magical for them to be so exact . It's a beautifully professional outcome-- once the alterations are finished, the clothing looks as if it was originally purchased that way. So pissed at them right now. I have taken many things there for the alterations department. Given them so much business, and also sent friends there as well. I gave them a bunch of brand new window curtains that needed hemming. I had deliberatley tagged each panel with the window they belong on because each window is different heights. I asked the lady to please make sure she keeps the tags on so I know where to hang them. I get there the day they told me they would be done, and they weren't pressed yet and asked me to come back later that day. I couldn't until the next day. When I picked them up the girl said they had to take the tags off to press them. So they couldn't put them back on right after the pressing!?!? UGH! I told her that is going to make it much more difficult for me to hang them now. Of course I have had to hang, and rehang trying to figure out which one goes on which window because there are subtle differences. Not to mention one is too short! Lame!!!! I am never going back there again. Not to mention I had them pressed to look good and now they are all wrinkled from having to hang and rehang so many times. It wasn't cheap either btw! Bad customer service now. Only takes one time to "F" it up and I won't go back. I will not recommend them ever again. We know a lot of people with our business that need alterations quite frequently.
