Okay instead this I got delivery. The pizza took a while about 55 minutes I'd say that's a little above average timing sari I only ordered 2 pizzas . I'm guessing the problem is the staff who have horrible driving cars I heard that thing squeaking from a mile away I'd recommend firing them and hiring some new people with better cars....... Wait staff are always pleasant and on top of their customers. Wait isn't bad for food, they seem very busy and organized. Salads are very good here and can easily be split between 2 adults. Pizza is thicker crust and there are always plenty of toppings. Definitely recommend the fried raviolis. I'll be sure to try the upside down pizza next time we order out. read more

We had a coupon for "buy 1 large pizza with 3 toppings, and get 1free large cheese pizza". $23.00. We asked for peppers, onions and black olives. The pizza was delicious. We had so much left over that we ate it cold for breakfast the next day!!! We picked it up piping hot from the pizzeria. Service was great. read more

Been ordering from Grande's for a couple of years now. The food does take some time for delivery, average wait time is about 1 hour to 1.5 hours from the time the order is placed online. If picking up, it is ready in about 30-40 minutes. We've also enjoyed eating at the Restaurant. It is a small, but very friendly setting and quick service with a nice sit down menu. read more

While the food is good the service is terrible. Used online ordering and received incorrect sandwich. Drove back to ask them if this was my fault or they gave me wrong item, was told whatever the sandwich was, was not on their menu. Was a custom order. I pointed out the online receipt for what I ordered and I was told I called in the order wrong. I again pointed out it was an online order and I showed them the online receipt again. Was told I could get what I ordered but was given attitude over it like it was my fault. I then received the correct sandwich but they reused the chicken from the incorrect sandwich I brought back. When I was handed the correct sandwich I was given more attitude. Will never go back again, I would rather drive an extra 5 min to next restaurant in next town then deal with being made to feel it was my fault they don't know how to read an online order. read more

I work for a fast-paced multi-specialty surgery center located in Rome, New York. My staff works hard to assure that our customers receive the best service available. Yesterday we had a vendor from Merk, a pharmaceutical company, cater in food. It's always a surprise selection of food and the typical lunch is pizza and wings. Yesterday's lunch was far from your "typical" pizza and wings. The pizza selection provided us with: greens and chicken pizza (which was out of this world) to western, upside down, pepperoni, garlic, plain, buffalo chicken and vegetable. The wings were perfectly cooked and the tater tots - yeah that's right we got tater tots, were to die for. Last, the cookies were warm and gooey and hit the spot. Many of us went back for seconds and thirds. For your catering needs, please give this guy your business. Not only did they satisfy our palates, but the owner called back today to see how everything was. We take our hats off to you Grande's pizzeria in Sauquoit, NY!! We ordered out for lunch at work. i love eggplant and ordered the eggplant parmigana hot tunnel. It didn't have a description, but I had assumed it came with fries. It didn't, but that's okay, since it hadn't been mentioned in the description. It was a HUGE sandwich. I had enough for lunch the following day. The food was just okay. It didn't wow me. There was some eggplant, but most of it tasted like breading inside two halves of a huge sub roll. There wasn't a lot of sauce either and I didn't see any cheese. read more

Made phone order last winter for large pizza and wings. When we got there we had to wait for 20 mins. Pizza was cold and raw in the middle, wings looked burnt on the outside but some were also cold. My bf and I don't like to complain so we let it slide assuming it was just a bad night in the kitchen as it was close to closing time when we picked up and it was a busy Friday. Fast forward to tonight. Order fried raviolis, wings and buffalo chicken pizza and cheese cake from online. Got call after I placed my order, no cheese cake but they could offer a cannoli. Pizza had no hot sauce on it. Marinara for raviolis was watery and bitter. I had ordered double blue cheese for the wings and only received one dip cup that was half empty and most of it was just a solid chunk of blue cheese instead of the actual dressing. I could call and ask for them to fix it but it just seems like a waste of time and this just seems to be the norm for their food standards. read more

I've been a customer at Grande's for multiple decades now, but apparently that means nothing to the owner of this establishment. When I placed my order I was assured multiple times that half would be charged to my card and I would pay the rest in cash when the food arrived. They then proceeded to charge my account the full amount AND take my cash. I then spoke to them again and was assured the mistake wasn't going to affect me because the charges weren't applied until the end of the night. When I woke up this morning my account was overdrawn. I then spoke to the owner who refused to take any responsibility for their mistake nor care that it happened. After speaking with the owner for a few minutes and getting nowhere I passed the phone to my spouse who expressed to the owner the legal responsibilities his business was obligated to follow which led to the owner threatening to come to my house and fight my husband....needless to say I would no longer recommend Grande's to anyone. read more

Last night my family and I decided to order pizza and wings for delivery from Grande's. I ordered through their website; one large pizza, ten wings and a double order of blue cheese, and they confirmed the order at 4:57 PM. After waiting over an hour, the delivery guy finally showed up around 6:15 with our food. After tipping him, he left and I opened the pizza box ready to dive in because we were all pretty hungry at this point, but to my dismay it was the wrong one. I called their store and informed them of what had happened. They needed to "call me back". When they finally did, I was informed the delivery guy "switched" the pizzas and that he would be back to get it. He came back, grabbed the pizza and told me "Well, I'll be back some time soon with yours." HOURS went by and my kids are absolutely miserable at this point, begging me to call and see where our pizza was. At 7:45 I gave in and called and was told that they had FORGOTTEN! I was offered a choice of having it "thrown into the oven quick" and delivered to me or I could use my purchase as a credit for a future order.... I told them to deliver and they said they'd throw in some free desserts. Thanks? Finally we got our pizza at 8:30 (a whopping 3 hours after they confirmed the order) and TWO cannolis (we're a family of five so needless to say, splitting them wasn't an easy feat). Thanks Grande's for your impeccable customer service and timely delivery! I use to enjoy your food, but unfortunately after that sh*t show last night, it's left a really bad taste in my mouth. Bought 12 garlic knots, sweet potato fries, baked hats, and large tossed salad with extra thousand island. The online ordering never gave a timing confirmation to say when it would be delivered, which was annoying. The garlic knots were hot but not browned whatsoever. 5 of them were raw inside and we were disappointed. The baked hats, had no description so I thought they would be more like hats Alfredo since I had that there but it wasn't listed like previous years. It was actually hats marinara which was watery and a glob of mozzarella on top, so pretty much like ziti. I don't go out to eat ziti as most don't so you can see where I am getting at..... The tossed salad was enough for two and had red onion, grape tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, and black olives but I received the wrong salad dressing. I was given Italian and only one though I paid for extra. $32 worth of garbage and I wish I could take it back..... hard earned money for small portions of cheap, terrible food. Better off going to McDonald's for a salad with chicken that I'd bigger, flavorful, and only $5.29. We threw everything out. Thanks for wasting our money for our family of five. read more
