We love Charlie's! It is our go to when we need something quick and delicious. Our absolute favorite thing to get is the Fall Harvest Salad with Crumbly Bleu. My fiancé and I split it and it fills both of us up! The ingredients are always super fresh! The combination of chicken, cranberries, tomatoes, onions, almond and balsamic dressing it a home run. Sometimes we get overzealous and order the wedding soup too and typically that is eaten the next day. The soup is also super fresh and hits the spot. Every experience we have had with Charlie's has been great. The employees are always friendly and helpful and our food is always ready when it's supposed to be. We ordered pizza and wings online to go for a predetermined time. It was about 2 hours from when we placed the order. When we picked it up for the states pickup time all our food was cold to the point we needed to put it in the oven when we got home. Your in s good placed when you test many customers refusing a menu - because they already know what they want. Charles gets a lot of repeat business and they deserve it. I ordered a large pepperoni with 20 wings with 3 extra blue cheese. I thought 45 was a little high but did not want to keep looking. When I arrived I viewed a menu and saw a special of 1 large and 40 wings for 38.95, when I asked they said I had ordered extra toppings and blue cheese. So my pepperoni and extra blue cheese equated to 20 wings plus an extra 6 dollars. I would expect when I order that they make me aware of specials. The wings were good with real chunky blue cheese. The pizza subpar with bland sauce. Add in the lack of effort by the staff I am really dissatisfied. read more

Just not impressed by their food here. I got a chicken parm sandwich and my boyfriend got the vodka riggies. Both had way too much cheese, and we are big cheese lovers, but this was unbearable. Of all the Charlie's this is the one I prefer. In a town full of "Italian" places with good food this stands out as you go-to shop for Pizza ~ Wings ~ Subs~ and cooked sandwiches. The best of the bunch is the Chicken Parm on their bread it's outrageously good it comes with toasted garlic along the top it's fabulous and worth trying! Prices are average and delivery is always no-nonsense and fast with clean delivery guys. If you are a fan of the "Pelermos" style in Utica but can't get it in your part of town Charlie's is very similar and very good as well! One of the area's best and always worth it. read more
