We had been in about a year ago and two gentlemen were really friendly and helpful. This past weekend Grandma (I guess)herself was there, and makes you feel like she is eagle eyeing you, and isnt a friendly Grandma at all. We decided on a purchase, and their dial up internet didnt work. Our checking account has plenty of funds, but the transaction was denied. Two credit cards, same story. Grandma admitted that the same thing happened earlier on another transaction. Grandma needs to ditch the dial up and update her internet, and her credit card machine. Don't take a big purse in, they will have you put it in a locker. But other than that, this place is huge. Lots of great stuff and very reasonable pricing. Lots and lots to look at, I can't wait to go back. Friendly staff, ample parking... no tea room. read more

Grandmas Attic is a HUGE (14,000 sq. ft.) antique mall half way between Ft. Worth and Granbury, Tx. on Hwy. 377. It is chock full of an ever changing variety of all kinds of things from very small to very large, from Very Old Vintage to a bit of newer items. Most of it is somewhere in between. There is a lot of real antique furniture as well as old glassware and kitchen items including vintage tables and stoves. there are also jewelry and coins and tons of collectibles. With over 100 dealers there is truly something for everyone. If you can't find it here you probably can't find it elsewhere. Grandma (Margie) is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet and her staff is also wonderfully friendly and nice. It's well worth the trip. The prices are very reasonable too. So reasonable in fact, that many dealers from the greater metroplex area make the trip to shop there. read more

They were not helpful or friendly over the phone. They weren't knowledgeable of their vendors inventory nor were they willing to check. I doubt they were so busy on a Tuesday afternoon that they couldn't attempt to assist a potential customer. read more
