The dealer was amicable to our offer and came right down to remove it from their display. We went up the street while they did n came back shortly to find it ready and one of the owners of the mall offered to even give us a blanket to pack it in our vehicle but we were fine. We were also offered to help with loading, but we were fine again. They're friendly in here and have a really broad selection for collectors of every level. But ya gotta dive in ! We know we walked past the screen we bought before but sometimes if you're looking for something in your minds eye, you don't see other things. The rules of consigning changes depending on who answers the phone. 3 weeks after I dropped off my items it took them 20 minutes to even find my account. I am so confused about the payouts. I dropped my stuff off the middle of May, did not go on the floor until the middle of June. First check was at the end of July. I was told July 26th that I had $30 on my account but when I asked what my Check would be in August, I was told nothing and I would have to wait until September. I just called September 18th and I was told that I missed the 15th cut off so I would not get a check until October! WHAT! They have no clue what they are doing and will just argue! I'm done and can't wait until this nightmare is over!

It was also 50% off day, so this location was packed with shoppers. The store was actually reasonably organized - that was a very pleasant surprise. I found some cute clothes and shoes for great deals, but I like to try clothes on. That was was not happening at this busy location, so I went to the men's section and found my hubby a pair of outdoor pants he can use when doing yard work, and I found some of the cutest crochet afghans in the home goods area. There is a big parking lot here, but it was almost fully packed since it was a deal day. On the positive side, the store did have adequate staff at the registers who were quickly checking folks out. There was also an adequate number of floor staff who were restocking the racks and picking up items that had been placed in the wrong areas.
