When we got to Jackson Furniture Outlet the first thing we noticed was how courteous the staff was. We got the couch we wanted and didn't even hear how we should go with a more expensive one. We knew what we wanted and they let us get that. They were great and let us look around instead of bothering us trying to get a sale. When I needed help though the employees were there to help. We called back and stopped by to ask them to reschedule. We rescheduled our appointment. After the appointment we were told that we would get drawings and an estimate within a week. After 2 weeks went by, there was nothing so I stopped back by there and was told it would take them a little bit longer due to the design. We have not heard back from them yet. This has been since June what we have been trying to get this project started with Summit Landscape. We have been looking for another company to do the work for us and are disappointed that we could not give our business to a local business.
