Albeit a small and unassuming place from the…read moreoutside, and looking mostly empty inside except for some fishing items, a few chairs, and a counter, they can handle any licensing and notary needs. My family and I have used them many times over the past 15 years or so for various last-minute documents to be notarized. There are usually only a few people inside, but they get thru them quickly and efficiently so there is hardly a wait. I think the longest I have ever had to wait to be seen is maybe 3 minutes. Our business is usually wrapped up almost as quickly as well. They are much more efficient than any other options I could go to, and by going here I also support my community by giving business to a small business. They also get to know their loyal customers by name which is nice too.

Sometimes they will accept documents on your phone and sometimes they won't. They need better communication skills and Training. Some of the workers communicate effectively, and some of them have attitudes when speaking to customers. If the rules are universal, shouldn't all the workers at every location be telling customers the exact same thing. I will give this location the benefit that someone was just having a bad day, but don't take it out on your customers. They are quick and efficient at this location.

And people using the facility does have some expectations to privacy, since a D.M.V is a limited to non public forum, where you have the right to place restrictions on filming. These first amendment auditors are nothing more than criminal with a camera recording audio of people giving out there personal information. And I'm glad to see he was trespassed from all D.M.V in the state of Illinois. Great job guys. Now he also uploads these videos on YouTube for monetary gain. And anyone that was in CENTRAL TYRANTS INVESTIGATIONS videos has every right to stop him from using your images for his monetary gain. And anyone that was in his video has the right to file what is called a privacy complaint on the video you are in. And in the complaint make sure you let YouTube know that he didn't have your premission to monetize your image or your voice. Make sure you Include your voice in the complaint. YouTube will take down his monetized video and give him a strike for violating YouTubes terms of service. And he will no longer make a penny on any video taken down over a privacy complaint. Remember it's your first amendment right on what he gets to use your images for. And when he is making money on your images, it don't matter if your a government employee, he has zero right to use anyone's images for monetary gain without there premission and I hope you let people know at all the D.M.V he went to and educate them on there rights also. Even if he has bin paid for a video, and you file a privacy complaint he will have to pay back that add revenue on any video hit with a privacy complaint. And remember with out your images he has no video.And the difference between his video and your security cameras. Your security cameras don't have audio and is not uploaded on YouTube for monetary gain also. There script holds no water in a court of law. All they care about is getting there 20 to 30 min video so they can monitze it, that's it. And if your in the video you have every right to say no, your not using my images for your financial gain. Did my road test, and got a person who wanted me to turn left into oncoming traffic at a blinking…read morered (where the oncoming traffic has right of way, mind you), and also did not want me to yield to pedestrians when turning into the DMV lot, which is a fantastically illegal way to kill people, as much like the oncoming traffic, pedestrians have right of way in the United States. The pedestrians looked to be a mother and a son, with each of them on the other side of the lot entrance. Being a teenager at one point in my life myself, I could tell the kid wasn't really paying attention and looked like he might run across to his mother. I did not want to be the cause of trauma and death to a family, and got failed over it. Additionally I was doing 25mph and she told me to turn right into the DMV *at the property line* which would've resulted in an extremely sharp, dangerous turn (and likely would've resulted in me killing the teenager who had just finished crossing the entrance by that point). And I understand it is not this person's responsibility, but if a testee keeps saying "I'm super anxious" it's okay to just said "it's all right, do your best" or something. This person clearly did not want to be at her job, which again, I get, but I'm a human being too, and I'm trying to make sure you, me, and everyone else on the road and on the sidewalk stays safe and goes home unscathed. TL;DR: do your road test elsewhere, this DMV wants you to break the law and kill pedestrians and get into a car wreck. The lady at the driver services desk was very nice though, and did wish me luck on my test. So I can't give a one star for that reason. I'm gonna do my road test in my town instead next time, even if I have to wait a month. Seriously, it's no wonder Illinois drivers are worse than New Jersey drivers when you have staff like this!!
