Great size show room and they have slabs in the back right. Why am I sharing where the slabs are? Well, customer service is lacking, so this way you can navigate a little bit. Went in twice. First visit I was there about an hour, looked at everything from prefab showers to faucets. I was the only customer in the store, yet, was never even greeted, much less offered any kind of service. Second visit, I came in with my husband. We looked at the slabs and then went back into the showroom to look at vanities. We were asked what we were there for. Let them know we were looking for 80+ inch vanities. The guy just said "that would be custom and it's double the price of that one" and pointed in the direction of the vanities. Not sure which one was "that one" but it didn't matter. I never asked the price. Just wanted to know if they had them so I could checkout the quality and the choices. Guy walked away and went about his day. Thankfully, we found a custom cabinet maker who has been great. He's finishing up a 90" vanity and two linen cabinets. We were able to pick out a slab for the vanity top and have added the stone to our shower threshold and are using the stone for sconce backings. We stopped by Granite Expos this month, and we worked with Emily on purchasing Granite Counters and Sink to replace the dated tile. We provided all of the measurements and the complete layout of the kitchen. We decided to go with granite instead of quartz since the residence is rental property. Granite Expo prices are very reasonable and the products looks very nice. More importantly we came to a speedy agreement on all of the material and installation date. Last year we purchased granite counters & sink from Granite Expo. However, the installation team performed poorly. Emily assured us she would send a very good installer, and the last installer, no longer works for Granite Expo. Kemin Guo the installer (granite installer/kitchen remodeling/painting/floor installation) arrived on time. He reviewed the plywood installation, and he gave specific instructions on removing a couple of shims. He immediately went to work with one additional worker. Keri said he would be done in 3 hours. Kemin had finished the granite installation in 2 hrs 45 mins, then began applying sealant & caulking. They cleaned up their mess once everything was completed. Overall, we are giving Kemin and his (1) additional installer & Granite Expo .... 5 stars ***** for going far an above expectation. read more

I Love this place! So many options and fair prices to match. Their customer service is so on point, the buildings are clean and well kept. The only downside is that only some of the items in stock, if it's not , you'll have to wait about 3 weeks to have it made and ready for pickup. But honestly, they had MANY choices that I would find it hard to believe that someone couldn't find what they were looking for right then and there if needed. They even have a little coffee maker for folks to drink while they shop. I found that the people here were knowledgeable and patient. I felt like a valued customer. It's fun to come and shop, especially if it's for your own home. This place is about an hour drive from me but I don't mind since the prices are so competitive. So yea, I'd definitely recommend this place. read more

First of all, when we initially visited this place I noticed how lazy the people behind the counter were. There were about 5 employees ALL sitting behind the counter on their phones. Never once did anyone get up to help us. At one point after walking to the counter anytime we had a question about the granite tops/quartz/marble we began to shout out any questions we had . Instead of getting up they then also shouted out the answers. We also asked about backsplash option and an employee just pointed in one direction of this huge store. We took a lap and found it ourselves. Fast forward to one month after service (installment of countertops). I noticed something that should not occur 1 MONTH after a service. This is the worst place I have ever done business with I came in. I ordered Cabinets. I paid for them to come out and measure the person that came out and measured was getting ready to go back to South America on vacation. He said the cabinets weren't level and that cost me $250 for him to come out. I got the cabinet guy across the street and he said no problem. I called Granite expo, they sent out someone else he said no problem and they went to install the cabinets. Well they found that they were short a whole panel of quartz countertop so I had to pay. I don't know two or $300 more for that and then I ordered a base cabinet and additional cabinet. They gave me the wrong ones that cost me $500 And then I just ordered some new wall cabinets and a drawer cabinet. They gave me the wrong materials but even though I had signed for it because that's what you do when they had you a big invoice you signed for it especially after you've talked to everyone and explained especially what you wanted so now that's gonna cost me another four or $500 to make it right The order I just placed was $1700 and now it's gonna cost me four or $500 to make the order right I absolutely would not do any business with these people. They're just totally incompetent The cabinets I ordered were white with white doors. The cabinets that they got for me are white with blue doors. I can't even use them anywhere. You stand there and you tell the salesman exactly what you want and he writes it all down and then he slides an invoice in front of you and you sign it and when you go to pick it up, it's completely wrong but you're responsible because you signed it, how many of you have ever been in a position like that The sign something you don't reread it I feel really cheated. read more

My clients, contractor and I have worked with Granite Expo for over a decade, first in Emeryville and then Vacaville. I was excited when the Fairfield store opened and my excitement is well founded. The showroom is exceptional, the sales staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I especially appreciate Bonnie, her expertise and her attention to detail. I always look forward to her warm friendly smile and can-do attitude! She is THE BEST! The warehouse staff are friendly, efficient and always go out of their way to help us. My latest project required one of my most ambitious and complicated counter installations. 5 separate counter runs, one with a sink and 2 seams ( including a 90 degree), one fully enclosed on 3 sides, another with a 90 degree seam, a small stand alone that had to be leveled across a breach and a huge island with structural and decorative post insets on both ends. Kemin and Jing arrived on the hottest day of the year, reviewed the installation with us in detail, inspected each slab with us to find the best way to create seams that provided continuous flow of lines and executed meticulously and FLAWLESSLY! Had some updating to do to my home and was looking at Home Depot for my needed purchases. As a frequent Costco shopper, I had seen Granite Expo numerous times and decided to go in. I visited Home Depot and never had someone reach out to me to see if they could help me. Granite Expo? The opposite. I was looking around at the extensive selection of products when Bonnie asked if she could answer any questions. From that moment, I have asked for her time and time again. Every time, whether it be over the phone, or in person she greets me by name and answers any question or solves any problem I present to her. I cannot recommend Granite Expo enough.
