I can't say enough how amazing GSN is. Through this corona outbreak they are staying open. You put your order in an email and they complete the order then deliver it to your vehicle. After placing my order Carol called to let me know they didn't carry one of my items. She not only gave me other options but when I described what my issue was she suggested other items and explained them to me in great detail. I can agree the staff is terrific. Prices are within range of others. There is not as much food as there are supplements & health & beauty aids. The focus seems more on the later. Good place to go for such things rather than GNC etc. The bulk grains are prepackaged & priced. No fresh food. I understand, it is available elsewhere. I could not be more annoyed. I purchased a jar of Thai Peanut Sauce on 5/2/18 . Sometime between then and now I opened it and used some but it's a decent size jar so I didn't use all of it and I stored the rest in the refrigerator. When I went to use it again it had started to grow mold. It was well inside the expiration date and I still had the receipt so I took it back for an exchange. I didn't want my money back I just wanted a new jar. They refused to exchange it for me! The cashier said it was my fault and I should have used it all the first time I opened it! As you can see by the attached pictures the jar clearly says to refrigerate after opening, it does not say you must use all the contents in one sitting. If it had been in my refrigerator for months then of course I would not expect an exchange but I purchased the jar 2 weeks ago so it has been in the refrigerator for 10 days at the most. Staff knows their stuff. The lady who runs it can help you find your things if you are new and makes good suggestions. Prices are extremely high, but if you have serious health needs it's a good place to go. Products are trustworthy as far as I can tell but many can be found cheaper on Amazon. Not much as far as food. Mostly supplements. read more

Love it! They carry lots of vegan options without the super high prices of other natural food stores (at least without driving all the way to Trader Joes in Nashua!). I am in love with the chocolate vegan protein shake they sell and they sell vegan gummy bears! I knew I was in love forever when I found the gummy bears (keep em in the fridge, they stay firmer). They also offer a loyalty punch card which is cool. The staff is amazing and always super helpful! For vegetarians and vegans this place is a must! read more
