She said that she would show it to her manager and make it right. My salmon returned to the table with darker grill marks and cooked well done. I was satisfied with this solution. I didn't pay for the bill, so I don't know if we were also comped for this problem. I didn't bring up the lack of lettuce since the portion I received was enough for me on the day that I visited. This visit confirmed for me that Interurban sits on par with Charleston's in the OKC metro restaurant space.
