It isn't often I take the time to post a negative review. Innately I try & give the "benefit of the doubt". I have also had a 15 year career in medical device sales & so recognize how difficult it is at times to truly give great customer service. That being said...I have never felt that I had been "taken for a ride" in any situation until working with Grant and his irresponsible organization. Four months I was told to send numerous documents only to be told "they hadn't been received", or "were not sufficient", or "oops you don't qualify like we thought ...sorry you'll have to pay for another $500 dollar appraisal." My trusting nature would have kept me in this circus getting no where fast had a good friend not suggested I call another Lender/Broker to see what they might be able to do. In one months time the Refi was complete. In addition the customer service I received was "off the charts" & recognizing what a bad experience I had undergone with RPM organization the appraisal fee was comped!!! The only bright light was working with Nicholas Flowers who took Ashly's place (who was a nightmare to work with). Nick was understanding, & super responsive & I was extremely impressed. read more

This is the second loan that Grant has done for us on our primary residence. We had a good rate from Citi but with rates so low wanted to refinance to another 30 year fixed, no cash out. Initially I went back to Citi thinking it would be easier to refinance direct with no middle man. To be safe I also ran a second application with Grant as my potential savings were so significant. Interestingly Grants rate was materially lower which translated to an extra $100 plus savings per month compared to Citi's proposed payment. After 7 months with Citi saying yes they said no. To be fair my application is complicated but still a very solid loan with minimal risk. Grant stayed the course an on my birthday funded my loan to a new 30 year fixed and reduced my payments by 15%!
