We just purchased a home and closed escrow 3 weeks ago. I'm not sure that we would have been able to purchase our home without Grant's help. Our situation was unusual because one of us is self-employed and hasn't been in business for two full years yet, which most banks require before even considering you for a loan. Grant not only found us a bank, but we also got a fantastic interest rate. Then, one day the bank told him they were behind on processing applications and that our loan processing would take an additional 3 weeks, which we couldn't spare.
