After looking at our trailer they told us we just needed to patch the tire. I was going to replace two of the tires and they said they had the tires in stock. When the mechanic looked he said he wouldn't advise using the 12 ply and suggested getting 14 ply. They didn't have them in stock. Instead of trying to make a sale they looked out for our safety first. We frequent the area for rodeos. We will be sure to recommend them to others. Honest and respectful.

The first time I left my vehicle overnight so they could "start on it first thing the next morning" and was promised it would be done the following afternoon by close. I wound up going two more days without a vehicle, after which they still made me pay full price.They also put one of the pieces in wrong which caused me to have to replace the piece again 2 months later. Recently I went to get an inspection and was told by the lady behind the counter they could get me in, in an hour. I left and then returned an hour later. After setting 2 more hours I was finally given an inspection 3 hours after being told it would be one. This place was awesome when I was a kid, but I will never do business here again because of what this place has become. I researched and found Maxell's. Tabatha at the front desk drove me back home and kept me informed as to what was going on then picked me up when the car was ready.
