He may have his hair share of happy customers, yet I'd be willing to bet, that summer of them have no idea what was, or was not done, they just "trusted" that the job was done, and done right. Please educate yourselves on the totality of damage to your vehicle has, what's needing find, what else may have been impacted, what's being done, as well as if it was actually done, not to mention if it was done properly, and professionally. Just remember, they're getting paid no matter what, whether it be you that pays, your insurance company, your deductible (you), and your insurance, or even the other person's insurance. So, I won't mention the insurance fraud that took place, I just ask that before you take your vehicle here, or any other place for that matter, please take the time to maybe learn something new. Your vehicle just may be YOUR LIFELINE, it's not theirs. Worry more about the mechanical, working parts that make, or help, the vehicle go down the road, not how pretty, or nice it looks. I couldn't give no stars, because overall, I definitely would have. Lastly, and this doesn't necessarily point to this business, just hopefully your decision making processes in life. The dealership never submitted the form to the the IRS so I could get the $4,000 tax credit. I was told by numerous friends, car dealerships, and business owners to have the car dealership submit the one page form as car dealerships can easily get the tax credit from the IRS. Midwest Motors was not interested in doing this as they were selling this Tesla as a favor to a friend and consultant to their company. I wanted to make it easy on Midwest Motors so I did not press them on doing the work. I am now out $4k as Midwest Motors never submitted one form that confirmed I purchased the car from them, or submitted the one simple form with the incorrect VIN. I had gotten told at a Dobbs in a bigger city that I needed to replace my shocks and struts and it would cost me about $1000. I took it to Barney's and they ran a bunch of tests and within an hour they told me there's nothing wrong with and I don't need them fixed for a while. They get us in every time without fail. The staff is kind and trust worthy and keep it real with you about your car and their opinions. I really appreciate the honesty!

The shop said they needed to replace the turbo for my truck as that could cause the issue. After paying $2,700 for the turbo replacement. I picked up my truck and every time I start my truck there is now a loud clicking inside the cab from what they say is an accustom that is now bad by pure Coincidence which it was not making that sound before I dropped it off and has been making the sound ever since And the second time I turned on my truck after picking it back the check engine light came back on for the same o2 sensor. after asking them about it they said they didn't swap out the actual sensor to make me not waste my money. they said they ran a test on the sensor after installing the new turbo and it was good but it wasn't even 13 hours after getting it back that the check engine light came back on. Then they went ahead and charged me another $239.02 to have them fix the issue. THE SAME ISSUE I ORIGINALLY TOLD THEM TO FIX.

Turns out I just needed a tranny service. Kevin's Auto for me fixed the same day they got my car. $440. I'm super upset that it's so difficult to find an honest mechanic and even more upset that even after he heard me tell him I'd already done the research on my parts, that he insisted it was due to the price of parts doubling. While I understand it isn't cheap to fix automobiles, honesty and integrity go really well with far.
